Honey coloured, with white head that doesn’t last beyond a minute. Light palate, moderate carbonation. Malt on the nose, and a whiff of wood smoke. Bready malt in the taste - not as heavy as in many dunkels - and quite sweet, with hints of honey and candied orange, and some banana at the end.

Bottle at Craft Islington thanks to Dirty D. It pours fresh, bready malts, sweet candied peel, grass and paper. The taste is soft, sweet, candy, sugary malts, sweet bread, candied apricot, dull sherbet and biscuit with a sweet finish. Medium body and fine, foamy carbonation. OK, but a bit overlay sweet for my liking.
