Foerdifuxx (420) - Franconia, GERMANY - APR 28, 2015
Shared a Bottle with Kroett. Pours a clear copper colour forming a dense white to cream coloured head. Aroma of malts, caramel and toffee. Little hints of fruity hops. Flavors of malt, nice toffee, caramel and nuts together with wood and earthy notes. Remindes me of moss and leaves in the autumn. Mouthfeel is creamy with fine carbonation. Overall a consistent beer. Personal associations with a tea-party at a moist autumn day.

Countbeer (6599) - Best of E-Town mit 2 Brauhausen, NETHERLANDS - APR 14, 2015
Bottle (50cl): Served in a glass Stein:
Medium sized white creamy head.
Clear copper colored beer.
Aromas of malts, malt toast, bread, dough, dried leaves and sweet nuts.
Flavours of malts, caramel, light sweets, light (ginger) bread, light nutty, sprinkles of butter(scotch)... Very nice.
Aftertaste is malty, caramel, sweet nutty and light bitter.
Low carbo, creamy mouthfeel, medium bodied.

Lele (562) - Padova, ITALY - MAR 20, 2015
Aspetto: colore ambrato scuro, limpido.

Rating from 2005. Röstmalzig-mildes Bier. Karamell, nicht zu malzig-süß. Milde Herbe, die sich gut einfügt. Toll. --> 13

eduardovl (1478) - SWITZERLAND - OCT 14, 2014
UPDATED: DEC 15, 2014 500ml bottle served in a Weizen glass.
A: Pours a beautiful dark orange/copper color forming a huge bubble and fluffy light yellow head. Absolutely clear. Excellent retention and tons of lacings formed and left in the glass
S: Strong toffee and caramel malts upfront followed by brown bread, earthy Lager yeasts. Notes of oak and nuts. A bit fruity and nice flowery hops in the end
T: Slightly sweet upfront. Toffee and caramel malts, mainly. Nuts, brown bread and oak. Smooth hoppy bitter end
M: Medium and bit molasses body. Quite creamy. Good carbonation. Aftertaste is mainly made of toffee, caramel and light hops bitterness
O: Excellent drinkability. Great beer. Recommended
