Maria (10212) - Thisted, DENMARK - JUL 21, 2013
It’s golden with a huge, creamy and white head. The aroma has notes of yeast, fruit and wheat, not as weak as many other Kristall’s. The sweet flavor has notes of yeast/clove, fruits of different kinds and wheat, and the finish is fairly spicy. Not at all bad considering it’s a Kristall!

Clear yellow pour with a fast leaving head. Aroma is light yeast. Taste is wheat and malts.

train bottle. nose is stewed browned banana flesh and spoiled apples. wheat is dull; yeast only provides the smallest powderiness and roughness. stewy gross caramel apple flavor, ugh. drinking the rest in my cup just to finish it and get on to the next one.

pivnizub (10569) - Bochum, Porúří, GERMANY - SEP 5, 2008
Bottle: A bit unclear, golden to deep golden, mid-sized fluffy yellowish head, visible carbonation; moderate sweetish fruity to bready nose with an almost nutty touch; light t medium bodied, light to moderate sweetish sourish flavour; short (wheat-)malty to - again - bready finish with a sourish touch. An unsual, but tasty Kristallweizen.......

I am not normally a kristall fan but this beer is fantastic. It serves best from the tap, unlike most beers in its class.

2.7
MoritzF (9851) - Ottobrunn, GERMANY - AUG 31, 2008
(bottle) Clear, deep golden colour with a massive blonde foamy head. Slightly sweet and sourish, lemon-fruity and slightly wheaty aroma. Moderately sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a medium carbonation. Cara-malty and slightly wheaty taste with banana; slightly sweet, minimal wheaty finish with citrus and a touch of metallic hops. Atypical Weizen, also not very convincing (16.08.08.).

2.8
Quack-Duck (9484) - Down South, GERMANY - AUG 5, 2007

Storm (2684) - Amager, DENMARK - MAY 2, 2007
Bottle. Clear golden colour with a huge white head. Aroma of wheat, little sourness and yeast. Not a classic flavour, just little wheat, little sourness and some yeast. Very special, with a thin body.
