COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our version of a New England-style IPA featuring a huge citrus and tropical fruit character from the Mosaic, Citra, and El Dorado hops, a softer, fluffier mouthfeel from the lower attenuation, and the characteristic New England hop haze. The end result is a beer reminiscent of citrus juice with extra pulp, thus the name Juicy Bits.

Pours a cloudy straw blonde with two fingers of creamy white head. Looks New England enough. Nose shows fresh orange flesh and juicy citrus, green bright hops, spicy/zesty rind, and fresh cut grass. Medium body and softly carbonated. Firm but not pressing bitterness with a defined citrus rind bite. Orange juice and bright acidic fruit in the flavor. Very nice.

UPDATED: JAN 1, 2018 On tap at brewery. Hazy yellow pour. Aroma is nice citrus hops. Taste is bitter hops up front, a little citrus to calm it down. This is really solid.

UPDATED: DEC 3, 2017 Canned 10/2017. A bit unclear on the day. Pours opaque golden honey. White head. Aroma is pineapple, mango, unripe passionfruit, grapefruit, blood orange. Nice. Flavor is tangerine, grapefruit, mango, quite juicy and a nice biscuit malt presence gives a very nice mouthfeel. Mouthfeel is excellent. It’s not pillowy but it is low carbonation and soft; kinda slick.

Wchesser finally satisfies my need for juicy bits with a quick-shipped crowler - thanks man! Entered off backlog - I cracked this the day after it arrived! Pours very hazy golden, large creamy white head, dissipates slowly with nice lacing. Head bodes well for the state of the beer. Aroma is dank and juicy, mango, passionfruit, grapefruit. Flavor is light sweet, light bitter, juicy. Medium body and slick. This is an excellent IPA; just short of the top of the pack.

Tap at the taproom. Hazy yellow gold pour with a white head. Huge aroma of citrus juice. Similar taste with a hop bite. Very good.

Pineapple and pine like the worst weapon in a pine cone fight. Hazy yellow pour with decent lacing. Bitter finish. Decent balance. Tap at Freshcraft.

Crowler into a snifter showing hazy orange with no head. The nose shows a candied orange forwardness with light notes of cannabis. The palate is medium bodied and well carbonated. Flavours of juicy orange and light citric zest bitterness.

At Freshcraft, murky and juicy orange color without much head. Notes of orange, peach, mango, grapefruit, sugar, and light cheese from the modern citra or el dorado. Medium to thicker bodied. Much preffered this to the extra juice since it was less sweet and hot, but think the ratings are a bit inflated. Reminds me of a tree house beer but less oniony and certainly less hyped
