There is something to be said for a well crafted beer.
I am not saying anything great about this.
New rule: Light beer is not beer.
Light beer is a down grade on any style. gilvanblight (825) - Windsor, Ontario, CANADA - JUL 20, 2011
My favourite beer to drink during a hot day is a Wit/Wheat. Today it’s over 40C outside so I expect this to hit the spot. Cracked open the tall boy can found a very orange pour. Unusual for a Wit. There was also very little head. No real discenerable nose, that could be the bbq’s fault. Very easy to drink. Almost nothing at first but followed by quite a bit of hops. I was expecting some citrus but barely found any. Noticeable aftertaste I wish wasn’t there. Overall not a bad beer, but I was hoping for more out of it. Canette 473ml.
can. Clear gold filtered appearance, frothy head. Aroma is mostly malts and banana. Taste is mostly just sweet lager-taste; nothing interesting going on here at all. Disappointing. Scubaguy (230) - Alberta, CANADA - JUL 9, 2011
This pours a clear yellow color with a 2 finger pillow white head that lingers in the form of a thick cap, it also has some spotty lacing.
On the nose I am picking up mostly wheat notes and some sweet malt notes.
The flavor is a standard wheat beer profile. I am picking up mostly wheat, honey notes. It feels a little watery but what wheat beer don’t?
It finishes with a little hops but very clean and easy drinking. I have to say out of all the wheat beers I have had, this isn’t one that is really that memorable.

Can, brought and shared by Robbie from Kingston. Medium golden with a low white head. Aroma of sweet grains, flavour much the same. Nothing at all to suggest this is a wheat beer, just a sweet lager. Meh. yarry (528) - Waterdown, Ontario, CANADA - JUN 24, 2011
Looks like a very filtered wheat, more like a pils. Aroma is slightly wheaty, bubblegum, citrus and a bit of pineapple. Taste is quite bland for a wheat. Tastes like a pils with a handfull of wheat tossed in. Very unimpressive Ontbeertaster (2362) - Ontario, CANADA - JUN 19, 2011
Tap, this stuff pours a bright yellow colour, it was pretty watery tasting, minimal flavours typical wheat flavours, not a big fan of this one cyrenaica (1126) - Milton, Ontario, CANADA - MAY 7, 2011

I trued this beer on March 9, 2011 after purchasing from the Queen’s Quay LCBO outlet in Toronto, Ontario. The beer poured a slightly hazy gold colour with a thin white ring. The aroma was grainy malt...not very wheat like. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. The flavour has a little hint of wheat but aside from that tastes like most Canadian pale lagers....i.e. not very good. I hate to say it, but the Trailhead Lager tastes better.
Pale golden-yellow pour. The aroma is very light and wheaty. Sort of a bit bubble gummy with a wheaty spiciness. Low hopping rate, but fairly decent. Simple, summery wheat ale.
