A golden wheat ale with a thin white head. In aroma, a sweet honey with loads of fruity esters, light incense notes. In moutm a smooth ale with honey and cereal notes, not bad. Light and smooth. 500 ml can from LCBO. Tasted Dec. 24 2010. hopdog (13102) - Lansdale, Pennsylvania, USA - AUG 17, 2011
Can. Poured a yellow color with a white head. Aromas and tastes of grains, lighter citrus, and some wheat. Lighter spices as well. Sammy (12858) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - DEC 18, 2010
The can looking OK, and it went all downhill from there. Pours a light yellow body, with a decent white head. Neutral aromas, nothing tempting. Thin mouthfeel, overally dry, no taste. Not drinkable, all but a mouthfeel drain poured. Best I can say is it was not metallic. jercraigs (10923) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - AUG 23, 2010
2010-08-21. Crisp pale yellow body with a small white head. 3+ Sweet wheaty cereal character has overtones of dilute grainy malt. Flavour is quite grainy, pale malt, hint of sweetness and vague character that could be esters but not in a good way. Average to light bodied palate. 2+ Not particularly pleasant, highly disappointing from this brewery. Can, brought and shared by Robbie from Kingston. Medium golden with a low white head. Aroma of sweet grains, flavour much the same. Nothing at all to suggest this is a wheat beer, just a sweet lager. Meh.

Pale golden-yellow pour. The aroma is very light and wheaty. Sort of a bit bubble gummy with a wheaty spiciness. Low hopping rate, but fairly decent.
Draught at Volo. Pours a clear pale gold with a small diminishing white head. Aroma: Ugh, not even remotely similar to a Wheat beer: Grain, corn, vegetables and a bit of sweet fruit -- it’s pretty bad. Flavour’s grainy along with some sugary sweetness and a bit of fruit. Light to average bodied. Dreadful and not on style at all, Wellington should be ashamed to release this as an anniversary beer. Aroma grainy with honey , plain straight without much wheat character
Appearance deep golden appearance with fragmental top. Quiet clear for wheat ale.
Flavor and Palate : medium bodied , grainy, husky with slight softness of wheat . Plain with out depth and character. Flat finish. Wellington can do much better than this.
