Travlr (25552) - Charlotte, North Carolina, USA - SEP 2, 2014
Sample at Atlantic Beer Festival Moncton. Crystal clear golden amber color, tiny white edge head. Aroma of light smoke and black pepper. Taste is bittersweet caramel.

Nut brown. Softly malty and nutty with some bitterness on the end. Balanced but unremarkable.

This has really started to suck in the past few years.......................

Ferris (16106) - Burnaby, British Columbia, CANADA - AUG 31, 2014
Draft - Light grains, caramel and earthy hops. Clear copper with a decent beige head. Toffee and earthy hops. Typical and nice English style.

Lubiere (14126) - Ottawa, Ontario, CANADA - JAN 16, 2005
Light amber ale with a good off-white head. Malty aroma with herbal notes, slightly off. Crisp malts with a sweet finish and faint hops in final. Medium bodied. Not as good as i remembered it though.

Dogbrick (13388) - Columbus, Ohio, USA - JAN 15, 2010
Bottle courtesy of a traveling colleague. The beer pours a clear pale yellow-orange color with a thin off-white head that recedes quickly. Spotty lacing on the glass. Sweet malt and honey in the nose with a touch of hops. Light body with flavors of grainy malt, honey and fruit. Mild hops are present as well. The finish is sweet with herbal notes and a malty aftertaste. Not offensive in any way, but ultimately not distinguishable from the many other beers just like it.

hopdog (12833) - Lansdale, Pennsylvania, USA - AUG 17, 2011
On tap at the brewery. Poured a copper/amber color with an averaged sized off white head. Aromas and tastes of caramel, grain, some citrus, and caramel.

Sammy (12496) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - AUG 8, 2004
, some bitter aftertaste. Not so pale, maybe name owes itself to cross-style with the cream, which is sugar biscuit in the dough, Bitter over sweet.

DocLock (10836) - Lower Pottsgrove, Pennsylvania, USA - MAY 18, 2006
Big thanks to Hogtown Harry for this. Pours coppery, with aroma of bready malts, hopcitrus, and some tropical fruit, and those elements appear in the flavor as well. Medium to light body, and refreshing.

jercraigs (10651) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - AUG 11, 2003
UPDATED: SEP 17, 2007 Sept 2007. Bottle. Golden amber body with a smallish white head. Lightly hoppy aroma. Grassy, lightly fruity. Similar flavour, mildly hopped, grassy, lightly grainy. Average palate. Touch dull. 5-6/3/5-6/3/12 - 2.8

TFOB 2003. They are calling it Special Pale Ale now. Amber colour, slight head. More hops in the aroma than the flavour. Enjoyable but doesn’t make me crave another. 5/3/5/3/12 - 2.8
