Elle est cuivrée et la mousse se résume à un mince voile. Un nez de moulée et de malt. Des saveurs maltées et herbacées. Une forte effervescence. Une bière ennuyeuse. (2254-230717)

Had a pint at Pour Boy just after the Dark Ale. Arrived with no head whatsoever once again. Poor lacing, seems watery. Has a light amber/copper appearance. Aromas are quite faint, light malts and hops. Flavours are slightly sweet with herbal and floral hops. Very mild citrus hops as well as dark fruity flavours. Watery mouthfeel. Medium retention. Also a good beer, would try again.

Pours dark amber with a modest white head. Aroma is caramel and floral. Taste is slightly sweet with a crisp slightly dry finish. There are notes of malt, a touch of caramel, and herbal hops. Light-medium bodied with low-moderate carbonation. Fairly bland.

UPDATED: MAY 30, 2017 Tastes like toast or bisquit. Subtle floral finish. Roasted malt. It’s a good beer that goes down well. Rich in flavour. Nose is toast with subtle apricot.

473 ml can. Clear coppery orange colour, thick white head. Malty aroma with notes of grain, caramel and fruits. The flavour is malty, with a touch of caramel and a mildly bitter finish. A bit bland, but drinkable.

Pours clear copper with an off white head that fades quickly.  Not much aroma. Taste of malts and toffee. Nothing special

473 ml can. Pours a clear copper-dark golden with a nice white head. Aroma is caramel, biscuit and grapefruit. Flavor is caramel, dry biscuit and wheat flour. Finish is grapefruit and grass. Medium body, soft mouthfeel and average carbonation.

Helsdon (421) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - APR 18, 2015
Caramel brown clear. Once again the thought of head. Soft caramel malts nose. Taste caramel malts, some sweetness but not overbearing, hops doesn’t really show up. Meh.

FrenchieK (20) - Barrie, Ontario, CANADA - APR 15, 2015
Pours a clear copper with an average size white head. Some nice bubble action going. Aroma and flavour of sweet caramel malt, floral hops and fruit. Palate was a little thin and bitter in a slightly unpleasant way.
