COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Bottled, Pasteurised.
This dark golden coloured ale hugs the palate with great intensity. Its malty aroma is complemented by the gentle nose of Banana. Its flavour unfolds with a sensual sparkle and a smart crispness, which balances its aroma perfectly. Tropically fruity; its ripe banana flavour, emphasised by a hint of bitterness, comes from the addition of real fair trade bananas and finishes with an emphatic, steely dryness.

Pours copper with a small white head mostly lasting. Aroma of sweet banana gum ans some green fruits. Nice flavor of banana but after a while it feels a bit artifical. Fairly dry finish with a nice bitter punch. All together much banana, not so much else in there, but still very drinkable.

Its called banana bread beer...I suppose if you don’t want a beer that tastes like banana bread you should figure that out before you buy it. Definitely a novelty item, wouldn’t drink it regularly. Aroma smells like banana bread...pours a dark amber. Upon first sip, you taste bananas, but not too strong. The beer around the bananas is just alright. But when you open your mouth, you taste nothing but banana bread! Burps too. Overall, a good time.

Awful, I love bananas, and it smells interesting. Then the flavor is just awful.

My feeling of dread was well-founded. Medium amber. Smelled like bananas, tasted like banana bread. As advertised, but just not my thing. A bit thin on the palate with some carbonic bite. The spouse usually likes banana accented beers, but she didn’t really go for this one. And I hate bananas.

Aroma of malt and banana. Flavor of malt, bananas and wet socks. I’ll not buy more of this in the future.

Yes, it’s bottled. Pours out in a clear amber colour with a thick off-white head. Metallic aroma with notes of banana-split. Medium-bodied with notes of toffee, sugar and over-riped banana. Metallic finish of banana. Why?
