COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Bottled, Pasteurised.
This dark golden coloured ale hugs the palate with great intensity. Its malty aroma is complemented by the gentle nose of Banana. Its flavour unfolds with a sensual sparkle and a smart crispness, which balances its aroma perfectly. Tropically fruity; its ripe banana flavour, emphasised by a hint of bitterness, comes from the addition of real fair trade bananas and finishes with an emphatic, steely dryness.

One pint brown bottle 5.2% Vol. Poured a clear ruby with quickly diminishing off-white fizzy head. Banana vanilla malty aroma. Bitter banana unbalanced flavour, slightly sour. Needs a little sweet spice. Watery mouthfeel with short bitter finish.

Well, this is different. But different good, not different bad. Lovely banana aroma, and that follows on with the first taste. Nice banana bread flavour at the fore on first sup, giving way to a bitter finish - perhaps a bit too bitter actually. Its very good though. Recommending to friends.

Pours a dark golden, very clear with a very loosely packed off white head and lacing. Aromas of spiced caramelised bananas. Palate is medium light, with medium carbonation. Flavour is caramelised banana with bready malt and very light bitterness. Slightly watery, but otherwise does what it says on the label. Couldnt drink a lot but really does taste like banana bread.

Kind of reminded me of the candy called Circus Peanuts.... GROSS. But after a while, it got better. I was hoping for more spice/wheat flavors. It is false advertising to call this "Banana Bread Beer." It should simply be called "Banana Beer." But then no one would buy it. But thats what it is.

Aroma de banana e lembra geléia de mocotó. Pouca espuma. Cor alaranjada. Seu sabor não consegui decifrar. Não lembra banana, mas é bom. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Yeah that's banana bread ale. Tastes just like banana bread. Thin English ale, nice amber look. It's ok, interesting taste. Try it you might like it. Or not. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
