Orange color, but the aroma here is amazing. Perfect banana bread scent, leading me to believe that the taste will be similar. Boy, was I wrong. This tasted crisp and acidic, with no fruit flavor at all. Disappointment. bubbleflubber (2210) - Swannanoa, North Carolina, USA - APR 11, 2010
Interesting rate here. Pours golden-amber into the glass with a sudsy head that leaves soapy window-wash lace. The nose in indeed of ripened (maybe a bit processed) banana. The flavors are more of banana essence than substantive malts, which provides for a hollow mouthfeel. Some peel in the finish, with extremely active carbonation and a dry texture. This is truly a decent "what if" idea, but doesnít completely translate to the palate like Iím sure it did in concept. Bold try, but a novelty. Arkolm (19) - USA - AUG 21, 2010
Poured a bright amber, with a foamy cream head. Fades rapidly. Slight aroma; sweet, mildly clovey. Taste is strongly of bananas, with gum and vanilla. Carbonated. Not much body. Not bad at all, but I too would prefer a thicker body and less carbonation with this theme. markas101 (2434) - Ann Arbor, Michigan, USA - SEP 19, 2010
50 cl bottle, Sheffield, UK. Amber coloured, perhaps a slight yellow hue (or my imagination). Banana aroma, reminds me of penicillin I got when a kid. A somewhat overly banana flavour, seems artificial, but had to try it. ExpendableHero (916) - Florida, USA - DEC 27, 2010
Copper colored beer with a thin, white head. Skunky aromas with slight whiff of banana. Very highly carbonated. This all led me to worry it was just a banana lager. Well, it is more than that, but not much more. Bitter/skunky taste gives way to a rich, and very smooth banana bread flavor. This was a really nice detail. It is kind of like drinking a pale lager(a decent one)spiked with banana flavors. Refreshing, and surprisingly good.

Bottle. Medium dark color. Aromas of banana and a little malts. Taste is weak malty and banana with a touch of hops. RCL (2030) - Waltham, Massachusetts, USA - APR 1, 2006
One word: WEIRD! Not bad, necessarily, I just donít know what to make of it. If youíve ever been sitting around, eating banana bread, and thought to yourself, "This is pretty good, but it would be even better if I could have this without chewing AND it would get me drunk!" than this is the beverage for you. If not, this is probably not be for you. Bananas explode out of the glass in the nose. Gethinbeer (2452) - Nova Scotia, CANADA - OCT 1, 2006
From bottle. Wow this beer actually smells of banana but turns a little foisty. Clear orange amber with thin head. I have to say this beer is unique for me, a fruit beer that actually does taste like what it says. Its banana with a bitter tang. Little gassy. I would love to rate this beer higher as it is banana beer, however Im not a lover of bananas. Sorry. KingpinIPA (841) - Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA - DEC 31, 2006
Caramel color. Smell of bananas, hops, malt, hint of coco, yeast and nuts. Taste of hops, yeast, bananas, malt and copper. A little nut too. Sour bitterness at the end. charlotte (5350) - rÝdovre, DENMARK - FEB 13, 2007
