Cask at Charlie’s Bar, Copenhagen. A hazy amber beer with a thin light tan head. The aroma has notes of malt and toffee. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, and some flowery hops, leading to a flat lightly bitter finish.

Cask @ Coal Hole, Strand, London. Amber colour with a small off-white head. Malty aroma with some fruity and hoppy hints. Sweet malty flavor with some hints of bitterness. Fruity malty aftertaste.

Cask at Traveller’s Tavern, Victoria Stn., London. Dark brownish amber. Heavily resiny nose with some buttery, roasty malt underneath. Bold, quite hard - almost aggresive malt with notes of vegetables and resin lingering onto the bitter finish. Unpolished, but with a certain amount of character.
