500 ml can. I notice on the can that corn is listed in the ingredients, that doesn’t look good at all ... Pours a pale gold color with a medium diminishing white head, fair lacing. Mild tangy, citrusy aroma with malt and hops. Boring flavor of malt and hops, mild bitter finish. Light to medium body, watery texture. Boring lager, no interest at all.

Ordinary lager with ordinary golden color. Ordinary head. Ordinary combination of malt and hops. Not bad with an apetizer or an introductory beer but a bit boring to drink.

Eructoblaster (4205) - Gatineau, Quebec, CANADA - OCT 27, 2004
Canned - 500ml. Nice golden body topped with a decent bubbly head. Average malty/hoppy aroma and flavor with some bready notes. There is absolutely nothing special to say about that average and very common macrolager.

Average macro lager smell. A fairly crisp but otherwise indistinct brew. Finish is long and hop-tangy. Boring label.

500ml can. Skunky smell, pale yellow colour. Standard macro type lager, some malt taste, but just bland really. Had to try it I guess.

Crockett (1117) - Southampton, Ontario, CANADA - JUN 22, 2004
500ml can. That big 2 litre bottle was not worth the risk for a substantial drainpour. Pours deep gold with a big white head. Pretty rich toasted malt a aroma. Medium sized lasting white head. Down hill from here. Still, it isn’t that bad. Sweet caramel, cereal/grains. I can’t taste much in the hop department. Unbalanced.

A bit of a disappointment. Darker gold body with average head consistant with this style.Aroma is can and slight malt. Bitter taste with a sort of metallic flavour as well. Light and crisp though, and I submit that this lager would be nicer on a really hot day as a refresher.

caledonian (367) - Surrey, British Columbia, CANADA - MAR 11, 2004
Canned. Slightly bitter. Akin to american macro lagers in appearance and taste, nothing to get exited over. Might go down well on a hot day.

sleepdirt (169) - Winnipeg, Manitoba, CANADA - JAN 13, 2004
Creamy pour. Initial flavours are caramel, grain and some hops. Lingering bitter taste.

Tessic (1153) - Brantford, Ontario, CANADA - JAN 8, 2004
Pours from a can a nice clear amber colour with a thick creamy head. The aroma on the other hand is way off. Very strong metal scent. Probably sat in the can for way to long. Hard to get around that but I did get a small scent of caramel and a doughy yeast scent. Slightly bitter with a moderate bitter finish. The medium palate was not very good. Turned very watery with a metallic/bitter taste.
