3.5
Dickinsonbeer (5074) - Hoboken, New Jersey, USA - FEB 14, 2007
Pours a very clear light golden with a nice fluffy pure white head and some lace. Aroma is more skewed towards a spicy earthy lightly metallic hop character with a nice doughy bready malt backbone. More hoppy flavor and therefore more crisp than the newer version. Nice clean pils malt finish and still really smooth. Nice but not as good as the urtyp I think.

willblake (2654) - Bel Air, Maryland, USA - FEB 5, 2007
05.02.07 50cl bottle. A very attractive beer with firm and lasting white foam atop a a dark but crystal clear golden color. Streaming eff. Aroma is malty with mild cracker or biscuit with touches of faint fruits. Rich malt body is full feeling and never sweet. Very mild but present notes of alcohol on the finish make for a sturdy feel.

Bottle. Golden colour with a nice white head. Aroma and flavour of malt, grain and fruit.

2.9
faroeviking (10913) - FAROE ISLANDS - JAN 22, 2007
Bottle. Clear pale golden with a nice medium creamy, off-white, mostly lasting head. The aroma is malty with some toastiness, grains and caramel. The flavor is a bit sweet, lightly bitter and malty. Sweet finish.

maniac (3800) - Baltimore, Maryland, USA - JAN 4, 2007
Clear golden body with a large frothy white head. Sweet honey and grain aroma. Sweet grain flavor with a touch of dark malt and honey.

Clear yellow, lasting head. Very mild citrus aroma. Toasted malt. Too sweet in the finish.

PetetheMeat (621) - Hove, DENMARK - OCT 23, 2006
Pale golden. Clear. Short white head. Fruity aroma with green apples. Bread. Wheat. Some unpleasant notes of baking yeast. Good carbonation. Mild malty sweet flavour. Very uncomplex. Faintly metallic? Sugarsticky palate.

mjg74 (3106) - La Mesa, California, USA - OCT 1, 2006
Bottle, Liquid Solutions. Pours a clear solid golden color. Alot of corn in the aroma . Acidic as well. Creamy malt flavor up front with a bit of graininess. Decent brew, but nothing special.

3fourths (9347) - Boulder, Colorado, USA - SEP 17, 2006
UPDATED: JUN 5, 2013 tad husky, tough of DMS, sweet rice cakes, etc. I still have yet to try it in proper shape, and I’m holding out hope that it’s solid as the Pils is.

harlequinn (2744) - Tacoma, Washington, USA - AUG 7, 2006
Decent and quaffable, but not exceptional in any way for the style. Very crisp and clean, with some very nice but subtle hints of fruit, namely granny smith apples, with a bit of spicy hop bite.
