Good not great. That said, I’m not 100% sure what I was expecting. Decent flavor and all, just nothing that calls out "drink this again." But, quaffable.

A mid amber coloured beer with a thick and frothy white head. A heady malt aroma, raisiny vine fruit, slightly bready and biscuity. Dry mouthfeel. Although the taste starts off with a tart, slightly floral hop flavour, the backbone flavour is that of malt, biscuity and bready, which also brings in a mild spice which in turn ushers in a raisiny fruity flavour. The finish is full of malty and raisiny fruit flavours.

Pretty basic pilsner, aroma of wheats and some spices. Nothing exciting about this one

Nice. Aroma not the most fragrant. But taste is crisp with some complexity. Mmmmmm mm.

Bottle, craft beer advent calendar day #8, shared with my wife. Deep golden colour with a puffy eggshell head that retains nicely. Lovely bready aroma and flavour, light caramel. The finish has some oxidized papery notes, but this is otherwise quite pleasant.

Gerbeer (4048) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - DEC 14, 2014
330 ml bottle. Pours amber with moderate head, Aromas of toast and biscuity malts. Flavors of honey, bready toasted malts, a bit of grass and more biscuit. It’s pretty much what it’s supposed to be for the style. Easy to drink just not a favorite.

Pours with a medium head. Smells a bit skunky. A pleasant light amber. Taste is of corn, wheat with some astringency and a metallic aftertaste. Not much to this one, would prefer just a regular macrobrew pils.

northropfrye (3709) - Steinbach, Manitoba, CANADA - DEC 11, 2014
Light yellow/orange body, foamy white lasting head, some lacing. Very sweet malty aroma, grains, some acidity. Taste is likewise sweet, a bit of funk, apple Not bad, but nothing too interesting.

Craft Beer Advent goes to Germany!!! Crisp wind from the north/ Brings ice and frozen wiskers;/ A warm memory.

Pours a clear amber with a thin white head. Aroma is rich German malt, some toasty notes and overall nice and clean. Flavour is sweet malts, light toast, mild hop presence and overall quite clean(maybe just faint esters)
