UPDATED: MAR 25, 2013 Bottle. Head is initially average sized, frothy, off-white, mostly lasting. Body is dark yellow. Aroma is lightly to moderately malty (toasted grain, cookie), lightly to moderately hoppy (flowers, apricot), with a light note of honey. Flavor is moderately sweet, lightly acidic, lightly bitter. Finish is lightly to moderately sweet, lightly acidic, lightly to moderately bitter. Medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation. A touch on the sweet side, and the aroma is a bit docile, but I have to admit its quite delightful...if the nose were more assertive and the finish more snappy, this could be a 4+ brew. And maybe when its very fresh it is indeed at that level.

Bottled 500ml. -from beerangel.de shared with Doggythedog.
Darker golden coloured, medium sized white head that went away slowly, honeyish grainy nose with touch of cardboard. The taste is almost the same- malty, honeyish grainy and cardboardy with touch of caramel hops in the finish. Like Asam Bock expected better beer.

Big offwhite lasting head. Light amber body with light carbonation. Light roasty caramel aroma, quite faint. Dry sweetish lightly roasted caramel taste with rubbery notes. Dry, watery, grainy aftertaste. A bit dry and harsh, and chalky. Not too impressive. (0.5l bottle.)

Heh, I was right it is Vienna lager, nice light red tone, and nice thick white head. I found that his beer got some light taste of peanuts, nice selection of malt, gentle mixed with hops.

500 ml bottle, courtesy of Cardinal pub, Stavanger. ABV is 5.5. Deep golden colour, large head. Nice aroma for a golden lager: fruity and floral hops with moderate malts. The flavour is fairly malty and well rounded, some sweetness, balanced by moderate hops. Soft mouthfeel. A decent lager, well above average.

Clear tea brown with plenty of visible carbonation and a nice soapy light tan head. Nose is fruity, caramel, and toffee. Flavor is nut, fruit, caramel, spice, and a mild hop profile. Feel has some nice zing and is medium bodied. It is straightforward and enjoyable. A decent Vienna

Idiosynkrasie (6860) - Bielefeld, GERMANY - SEP 20, 2012
500ml bottle. Clear dark golden to amber colour with average, firm, frothy, white head. Grassy hop aroma with grainy notes, a toasty touch. Taste is initially slightly floral and grassy hoppy, pointing toward a metallic touch, some grainy notes, later a caramel malty basis with bread and toasty notes shines through. Could be characterised as bottom-fermented Bitter in a way.
