A 33cl bottle. Aroma of yeast and some citrus hints. Clear golden color with tiny white head. Lightly bitter taste with short but well balanced finish. Definitely a beer, thats worth drinking.

Brilliant orange with a creamy white head. Creamy medium body with moderate carbonation.

Ein kupferfarbenes Bier, klar filtriert mit feinporiger Krone. Sehr malzbetont mit feiner Hopfennote.

2.8
Cristobal37 (1119) - Budapest, HUNGARY - MAY 8, 2017
UPDATED: MAY 8, 2017 Vom flasche. Orangey clear with a little head. Aroma is vaguely malty similar to a marzen. Nice full malty character with a tinge of metal. Finish has just a bit of bitterness. I remember at the abbey reading that this is a marzen, but ir?s labelled Vienna lager here. Taste, aroma and of the darker variety all point to marzen instead. Drinkable, but not their best.

Draft at Gourmet Haus Staudt. Clear bright golden copper with a small white head. Aroma is caramel, sugar, bread. Flavor somewhat sweet, not too complex but nice. Medium body, pretty drinkable. Good for the style.

Kleg (227) - The Beach, Florida, USA - APR 14, 2017
Germany. Hazy gold pour with an off white head and very good retention. Fair lacing. Taste is a mix of light caramel malts and sweet pale malts. Soft mouthfeel.

3.9
chinchill (4929) - South Carolina, USA - FEB 19, 2017
330 ml brown bottle into a Creature Comforts glass. Smooth, medium-full body with lively carbonation. Aroma: Spicy and earthy hops with caramel and baked bread. Flavor: follows the aroma, but stronger than the aroma suggests. Excellent balance. Lightly sweet up front and mildly bitter in the finish. Overall: excellent for style.

Bottle. Gold in colour. Hoppy; floral and grassy hops. Malty; sweet grainy malts, toasty, caramel, honey notes. Mildly bitter hops over sweet malts. Fairly bland. OK. Drinkable. (2010-03)

ZeroDome (130) - GERMANY - JAN 28, 2017
Amber color, small white head. Malty and bready aroma. Medium body, some fruits, cereal. Light finish.

3.1
SinH4 (4708) - Garching b. München, GERMANY - DEC 5, 2016
Bottle. Golden-yellow color with white head. Aroma is bready, malty, just a touch of caramel. Taste is again a touch of caramel, a bit flowery, all low intensity. Low carbonation, oily mouthfeel with a little bit of a chewiness. Highly drinkable, but doesn’t have much character.
