12oz bottle via Hagen. nose is mild and mostly lager yeast with some very subdued grassy hops. Tastes pretty much like is smells. There is some graininess, and a nice balance of malts and hops, although i prefer my Pils a little sassier..er saazier. Perhaps this is just not super fresh? In any case it is clean, enjoyable and certainly easy to drink. Carbonation is moderate, body is light. Just a little too thin and bland to be an everyday drinker for me.

Bottle (beerangel.de), shared with ogivlado. Poured a pale golden body with a small thick white head. Honeyish nose, some dust. Lightly herbal and fresh. The taste is different though. Sweet candyish light maltiness surrounded by some all too subtle hopiness. Light bitter piney hoppy aftertaste. Refreshing but a bit empty. Expected more.

Golden colour. Hoppy bready aroma. Taste is slightly bitter with some hops. Decent for a germal pils

330 ml bottle in Regensburg, German. Pours a normal Pils yellow with a fine whit head. Aroma is a bit sweet for style but fits otherwise. Taste is like a normal Pils but in the Southern German style while is sweeter than the nNorth German Types. Palate ends more mellow that said type as well.

Fuzzy golden color. White hed holds a thick film forever just like the anno 1050. Dense white lacing. Earthy, mineral aroma. Flavor is a bit sweet and grassy. Bordering on a good pilsner but more like a well made premium lager.

Cereal grains at the forefront on this brew. Sweet malt in both aroma and taste, pale golden with thin white head, lots of fine carbonation. Not as hoppy as some of the other German and Czech varieties, more North American.

Bottle. Light golden, small to average and mostly diminishing head. Light to moderate, lightly malty lightly grainy and lightly sweetish aroma, light hoppyness. Body is light to medium, malty lightly grainy and lightly sweetish flavor, faint bread and light hoppyness. Finish is short to average, malty - lightly grainy and lightly sweetish, faint bread and light hoppyness. Bit thin pils - also could be drier (with more bitterness).

Very pale pour with a small noble hop aroma. One of those easy drinking summer beers that down my part of the world is not quite appropriate at the moment. This is the sort of beer that a non serious drinker would say is not a bad beer.

It was alright, a decent pilsener. There were a few flavors that I don't really remember, but that's ok, I'm over 75 characters now.

Draught at the Red Lion, Silver Lake, Los Angeles. Tasty beer - some lemon and a syruppy, insistently bittersweet taste. No head or lacing. Despite the qualities above, does have some moments of thinness, and the finish is not as tasty as the Spaten beforehand. A good enough German Pils.
