Bottle. Lovely amber color. Rich, malty aroma that is spicy as well. Fruity flavor with caramel, cherry and other fruits, biscuits and bread. Fabulously complex malts. Very nice stuff.

MoritzF (9564) - Ottobrunn, GERMANY - NOV 2, 2005
(bottle) Clear copper colour with a foamy slightly off-white medium head. Dusty slightly sweet malty aroma with lemon peel. Light sweet fruity flavour, medium body. Smooth sweet malty taste, drying out towards the finish; slightly bitter and hoppy aftertaste with a consistent and almost complex malts character. A tasty seasonal brew, nothing great but well quaffable.

marcus (9552) - Sacramento, California, USA - MAY 23, 2007
This reddish amber beer poured with a medium off-white head that dissipated fairly quickly. There is a pleasant caramel malt flavor with a short bitter hop finish snd a longer lasting fruit and malt aftertaste. The mouthfeel is lively and carbonated. Very refreshing.

Bottle from Phoenix Fine Drinks, Gloucester. Deep copper with a big, frothy off-white head. Mlaty, cereal and red fruit aroma. Flavour of prunes, biscuity malts and caramel. Finish was dryish with a hint of roastiness. Good.

Test vom 12.12.2008, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 12,10,12,10,12,10 - 10,60
