Bottle 50cl. @ chris_o’s Pre-GBBF Shindig 2008.
Clear medium to dark golden color with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, spicy, resin. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a average duration, and very much resin in the flavor. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. (020808)

Bottled. A dark golden beer with a thin bubbly off-white head. The aroma has notes of straw, butter, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, straw, and some hay, leading to a dry and somewhat dry hay finish.

Light haze on this gold - amber beer. No real head. Light dry malt with a whisper of spice. Softish dry finish, trace of banana. Mild hop aftertaste. Okay.

Papsoe (25054) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - FEB 20, 2010
Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of fonefan. Pours a cloudy golden with a tiny rough white head. Lightly fruity nose. Medium body, a little low in carbonation, fruity - almost exotic - with a rather hoppy finish. Some alcohol presence. 200210

fiulijn (21558) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - MAR 30, 2004
Cloudy blond color. Earthy-grassy hop nose. Quite smooth, malty, over-bitter.

harrisoni (19854) - Ashford, Kent, ENGLAND - JUL 7, 2007
Cask gravity at Kingston BF 2007. Not on when I arrived, so not sure of its condition. Slight haze to an orange/copper colour. Blue cheese, malt, hop aroma. This is bizarre. Slightly buttery, but it’s got this great condition and then a burst of English hops. Will develop and possibly be amazing. Slight mature cheddar tang.
