Bottle. Bought for a £1 at Home Bargins to break a twenty for parking. Nose is stale, berry, slight floral notes. Apperance, is murky and flat. Taste is almost nonexistent, it’s predominantly water, slight berry, a little bitterness, no finish at all. Mouthfeel is like your uncles first attempt at home brew, thin and watery.
I was not expecting a lot given it’s providence, but this is genuinely one of the worst beers I have had in years. I assume it’s a bad batch which has been dumped in HB to serve the undiscriminating alcoholics of the north and the desperate. Terrible. Bottle from B&M, walsall. Dark brown beer, flat. Aroma is fruit malts and a hint of vinegar. Taste is stale fruity malts, lifeless. Bad snowman. Drain pour. planky84 (3259) - Lee, Greater London, ENGLAND - DEC 28, 2014
Bottle from the Beers of Europe Christmas Crate. Burnt orange pour, no head. Lots of sweet citrus fruit in the aroma. Not too troubling flavours of malt and sweet citrus. Exceedingly flat. It irks me that so many of these Crimbo beers have very little carbonation and are as dull as fuck. The label’s nice though. Mr_Pink_152 (4985) - Lincoln, Lincolnshire, ENGLAND - DEC 13, 2014
500ml bottle from B&M. Very disappointing beer. I guess you just chuck a Christmas label on a bad beer and people will buy it, I did. Deep gold. Little is any head. Some malts and caramel in aroma and taste. niquillis (2752) - Stoke on Trent, Staffordshire, ENGLAND - DEC 3, 2014
500ml bottle from B&M Bargains. Pours chestnut with little white head. Dry and bitter. Bit smoky. It’s alright.

Bottle from Beers of Europe (not my selection). Poured a hazy chestnut colour, with a scummy white head. Aroma of dried fruit, wet grass and malt. Cooked fruit flavours, with some cake and straw. Finish was copper, bready malt and peal. SilverfoX (871) - Norfolk, ENGLAND - JUN 6, 2014
smells just like warm water, burnished gold in colour and the head has gone, tastes amazingly like flat warm cola. the mouth feel is awful, to be honest i think it may well go down the sink. cgarvieuk (24456) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - MAY 16, 2014

Bottled 04/04/14. A dark brown coloured beer with a white head. Very fruity and malty. Grainy and chewy. A bit of jam. Seems quite hoppy really but ends up being too fruity chewy. Beth101 (531) - West Yorkshire, ENGLAND - FEB 16, 2014
Pours dark amber with a rapidly disappearing light tan head. Has an aroma of malt and lightly burnt toast with a strong burnt flavour . Fairly flat.
