Cask, The Plough, Chelmsford, Nicholson’s Real Ale Festival
White lacing, bronze-golden colour, aroma is citrus, lemons, hey, moderately hoppy. Taste is oranges, mango, citrus, lots of oil and cream and really drinkable. Pleasant IPA. More hops though PLEASE. Can notice the Cascade but i’m gasping for more. Cletus (6355) - Connecticut, USA - NOV 18, 2010
Pours gold with a white head. Smells of citrus and bread. Tastes earthy with some grassy elements and a dry, peppery finish. DanielBrown (4499) - Birmingham (via Leicester), West Midlands, ENGLAND - APR 14, 2010
Hand pulled at Penny Blacks, Birmingham. Pale yellow, with lacing. Light, lemony golden. Some subtle citrus hop. Pleasant in some ways, though a little dishwatery and weak willed. Malt in the aftertaste. Generally drinkable, perhaps needed to be a bit colder. Alphadelic (2235) - Portland, Oregon, USA - MAY 24, 2009
Pale and nicely lively. Looks like a good ’un. Nice lemony hops on the nose, crisp and slightly sweet malts in there too. Slightly green with tingly cereals. In the mouth a big wholesome cereal flavour quickly gives way to nice drying hops and a light maltiness. Leaves the tongue very dry but with a really tasty aftertaste of dusty straw and pine needles. A light carbonation and body make this quite drinkable. I wish it didn’t dry the tongue quite so much. RichardW (1813) - Carlisle, Cumbria, ENGLAND - FEB 6, 2009
Bottle Conditioned: Pale gold, with a thin white head. Very refreshing zesty flavour, loads of dry hoppiness, with a lemony aftertaste, with a touch of creaminess and quite a floral scent towards the end.

bottle from Tuckers Maltings. Clear golden yellow, large white head. Citrusy-hoppy nose. Light-bodied, shy malty base with citrus-hoppy flavours and hints of coffe and roasetd malts. thewolf (12534) - Kolding, DENMARK - OCT 2, 2008

Pours a clear, lightly pale golden with a small, white film head. Aroma is hoppy, some pine and a bit citric. A bit flat mouthfeel. Flavour is lightly hoppy, weak malty sweetness. Not impressive.
Clear, golden body. No head at all. Shades of fruity-hops in aroma. Flavoured by mild and sweet grapefruit offset by bitter notes towards the finish. Oily texture (Third pint, hand-pulled cask at GBBF, 09.08.2008) wyzzywyz22 (2108) - Wirral, Merseyside, ENGLAND - JUL 8, 2008
Bottle, Barleycorns, Nantwich. A really pleasant surprise this one.
Hazy orangey colour with a white head. Citrus, grassy, hop aroma. Really liked the cascade hop present here. Great balance of fruit and hop with a superbly bitter finish. This is seriously under rated on here. A cracking brew. weaselkenievil (1608) - Cheshire, ENGLAND - JUL 6, 2008
Light amber colour, small quickly fading white head. Smells of blokes changing rooms, sweaty socks. A little metal in there, grapefruit, slighty bitter and a bit too watery in the texture for me.
