Radiant coppery orange with nil head but evident sparkle. Aromas of orange apple peels and juicy loveliness, flavours of the same with a medium-sweet body that isn’t cloying. Perilously drinkable at this abv and this cider was gone in very short order.

bottle, bought at the producer’s stall at Abergavenny Farmers Market. Slightly hazy red-golden colour. Fruity nose. Pleasant underlying sweetness with rather tart and dry apples, packed with flavour. Hints of barnyard detectable. A very nice cider. downender (8659) - Bristol, Gloucestershire, ENGLAND - AUG 18, 2009
500ml bottle from Bacchus, Crickhowell. Pinkish-amber in colour with no carbonation. Farty, barnyard aroma with some dry apple fruit. Flavour started with sweet juice and a hint of honey, before some minty green herbs and a medium dry finish, with a touch of accompanying funk. A very unusual and enjoyable cider from a small producer.
