Shaney (2423) - Köln / Cologne, GERMANY - MAR 14, 2012
#1257 Goldgelb, feinporiger Schaum. Ziemlich lieblich-malziges Bouquet, leicht grasiger Hopfen. Im Antrunk wie ein Helles, blumig-malzig, leicht getreidig. Wird hintenraus leicht herb; gut ausgewogen und durchaus trinkbar, aber dieser Haustrunk ist kein Pils!

Quack-Duck (9486) - Down South, GERMANY - MAR 4, 2012
bottle from pivnizub. Clear golden yellow, large, densely creamy white head. Hoppy nose. Solid and very pleasant malt flavours with a pleasant sweetness, balanced by resiny-grassy hops. Bitter-sweet overal character, almost Bohemian. Delicious!

thewolf (12735) - Kolding, DENMARK - DEC 11, 2011
Bottle, bought @ Riepen, Niebüll.
Clear golden with a staying, frothy, white head. Aroma has lots of sweet malts, light hay. Medium carbonation, light dry and a bit watery. Flavour has some metallic dryness, lots of sweet brewing cereal malts and some sugary notes. FInish is mild grassy dry and bitter. Okay beer.

fiulijn (21022) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - JUN 28, 2011
Bottle from Getränke Fritze, Bergtheim
Blond color; small head retention. Delicate malt and hop aroma. The mouthfeel is quite dry, the flavor simple, but at least it manages to feature a very light malt crispness instead of the usual corn; correct bitterness. Easy but correctly brewed, a valid replacement for a macro Lager.

bierkoning (13590) - La Tropica/Doarp, NETHERLANDS - JUN 3, 2011
Swing top bottle. Golden color. Soft grassy aroma with hints of malt. Grassy, beady, soft hopbitter flavor. Thinnish, with a soft but persistant grassy finish.

yngwie (17168) - Kristiansand, NORWAY - MAY 15, 2011
Bottle, courtesy of fonefan. It pours a clear, golden body and a small, off-white to beige head. Grainy and fruity aroma, hints of honey. It’s very grainy in the flavor, the hops, both flavor and bitterness, plays second violin. Medium body, dry. Metallic, bitter finish with hints of grains. Not my favorite at all, although with some pleasant elements. 110128

Koelschtrinker (21064) - K?ln (Cologne), GERMANY - MAY 3, 2011
Mild malzig-herber Antrunk mit geringem Gewürzgehalt. Weiter eher mild, wenig bitter und kaum hopfig. Im Mittelteil laff und trocken, minimal säuerlich. Leichtes süffiges Lager.

MoritzF (10068) - Ottobrunn, GERMANY - APR 2, 2011
(swing top bottle) Clear, golden colour with a blond and thick foamy head. Slightly grainy malty aroma with notes of sweaty and slightly herbal hops. Mildly bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a moderate carbonation. Slightly grainy malt-character with chalky notes and a rising herbal hoppy touch towards the mildly bitter finish. Smells not great but the rest is still likeable. 02.IV.11

Bierkrug (2129) - - MAR 7, 2011
500 ml flip-top bottle in Germany. Everytime I see the Bavarians (even the Franks) trying to make a Pils, it is like the North Germans doing the same with a Hefe. Anyway was this a Pils or a Helles? It feels like a Helles but looks and acts like a Pils. It is kind of both in my mind. All the Danes that rated this already could care less and just reated it as a beer. Alcohol is too low for a Helles but it is too sweet for a Pils. Bad it was not.

fonefan (50489) - VestJylland, DENMARK - JAN 31, 2011

Bottle 500ml. w. swing top.

Clear medium orange yellow color with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, keller, damp stain - fusty notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration, malty, light cardboard. Body is medium to light, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20110128]
