Bottle in Dusseldorf, Germany. Pretty good for the style, malty, cornish, dry beer

Redelijk neutrale geur. Niet heel veel gas precies. De smaak valt mee, geen topper, maar ik heb al veel slechter gedronken

500ml can poured into a lager glass. Appearance is clear pale golden with a medium sized off-white head. Aroma of toast, biscuits, hay, grass and honey. Taste is medium sweet and light-medium bitter. Palate is light-medium bodied, smooth texture and average carbonation. Overall a solid Pilsener, maltier than I had expected but not bad.

Piepenhenrich (601) - Steinbach, GERMANY - SEP 1, 2017
I rank this among the top-range Pilsener in Germany, due to its more mature taste and bitterness.

Ar: Sulfur and slightly sweet cracker malt; herbs and dried flowers, fairly lemony. black pepper and slight hay. Ap: Light gold and clear; small white head with low retention, leaves a rin of fine bubbles and a cap of suds. T: Clean with a light maltiness, very crackery; bitterness is fairly high but very clean, with a fine flavor of dried flowers and herbs; chalk, lemon, and sulfur on the finish. P: Light body with high carbonation; finish is very dry. O: A fresh, grainy, hoppy German pilsner; quenching, crisp, and flavorful.

Mkt ljus med fint vitt skum. Doftar lite frukt, malt, h och halm. Smaken fyllig och frisk, lite st och besk. Eftersmaken hyggligt lng, lite st och ganska bitter.

Pours clear, pale straw colour. Sweet corny malts, some grassy hops. Fair and simple lager, quite nice.

6 pack from Aldi for the great price of $6.99. Compared the American ale offerings (white label Genessee) at the same price, this German Pils is very well made. Pours a straw to golden color with a fluffy white and lingering head. Aroma is Pilsner malt, crackery, with a tough of noble hops. Taste has a decent bitterness, malt, and a lingering malt sweetness and bitterness. Mouthfeel is fairly creamy/frothy. Not too long ago, I would dismiss this as too similar to American adjunct lagers but that's very unfair. Aversion to similar malt and lager yeast flavors is something I'd like to do better at unlearning. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Poured from a 11.2 OZ bottle into a pint glass. The appearance is a clear golden yellow color with a medium sized white head. The aroma is mild grains and hops. The taste is refreshing but very mild with a bitter finish.

Nice pills but not as hoppy as the Becks that I like so much. Very god summer beer with a hint of the European pilsners that I enjoy.
