500 ml can bought at Cheers in Yuen Long.

Pale golden yellow colour; Two finger head and crumpety white foam which last for 2 minutes; Very good sticky lacing with active small carbonation; Fragrant aroma of Pils malt, with strong honey, floral, strong dough, yeast, strong lemon and quite fresh grass; Close to medium sweet taste of moderate malt, with floral, honey, strong molasses, light earth, bread, biscults, strong lemon, very strong bitter hops and quite strong grass; Mid to light body, slick palate; Mouth feel is moderate malty body, not as suggestive as the aroma. Lots of floral and fairly nice honey sweetness, but is pretty much dictated by strong Pils hoppiness (plus extract, too). Some light earth and light bread to round up. Vibe is pretty good. Cool!... Hoppiness is floral, strong lemon , and grass in nose, the same plus light earth in taste. Bitterness – hops and extracts- is very strong for a lasting strong astringent and bitter-sweet finish; Fairly dry after taste, Very bitter and nice sweet to mouth.

Comments: It has a soft and pleasant colour, and its honey and doughty aroma makes a nice 1st impression. Throught its body is not as strong and hops are dominated by bitter extract, it’s still a pretty solid German Pils which tried hard for a nice characters. Nicely drinkable for the style.

The beer pours a very clear light yellow color with a medium white head that fades quickly. The aroma is fairly slinky, but keeping your nose in the glass reveals some pils malt, lager yeast, and a touch of earthy hops. The taste is mildly bitter and slightly sour with a fairly non-existent aftertaste except for a hint of malt that lingers. The mouthfeel has a slick texture and a medium-light body, and the carbonation is average, which helps to clean the palate after every sip.

On tap in Leipzig. Muffig-würziger Antrunk. Sehr muffig im Hauptteil, keine Frische oder florale Noten. Schade. Würzig-herber Nachgeschmack, muffig.

Avarage light golden color and a hoppy aroma. Taste is lightly sweet at the beginning but ends in a bitter, long lasting finish. Good palate with a lively carbonation.

Bottle. Nose is grass, straw, caramel. Taste is bitter, herbal, slightly metallic. Carries some more taste than similar Pilsners. Anyway, for a macro it’s absolutely drinkable and pretty refreshing if cold.

From a can, man. Being fairly acclimatized to boring Euro brews coming over in exciting looking labels, I was wary of this snerzy lil’ fella. There is nothing to be scared of here, a pretty decent ’Sner awaits in this golden can. Fairly typical, it’s a clear light straw with a frothy white head. Aromas of herbs, spices and grass mingle with straw. Nothing standout but nothing bad to say, just a tasty thirst-quencher that would benefit from a little more zazz muscle under the fizz hood.

500ml can poured in a weizen glass at 4 degrees. Pours a greenish straw topped by two fingers of off-white head. Carbonation is rough and vivid, rentention and lacing are both minimal. The nose is an aggressive blend of skunky hops paired with a subtle white bread. The taste is bold and hoppy with a metallic/ vegetable broth main feature not so enjoyable. The hops are way off in the brew leaving room for nothing but a faint sweet grainy element on the tip of the tongue. Probably less skunky in bottle format, this is a coarse Pils with aggressive features.

Pours a clear pale yellow colour with a thin head and good lacing. Sweet malt with just a hint of floral hops in the nose. Sweet grainy malt predominately with barely a noticible hop bitterness

Flex 0,33l op vakantie in Binz, pils met eren moutige basis. Klassieke hoppen geven het bier een wat frissere, grassige ondertoon. Redelijke body. Niet onaardig
