Pale golden body with a thick white head that hangs around for a while. Light aroma with some grassy hops evident along with a hint of grainy sweetness. Thin, somewhat watery palate. Sweet, corn and grain entry fades to a bitter hoppy finish. Metallic aftertaste. Not bad, for an inexpensive beer from Aldi!

From a bottle. Pours clear pale gold with a fizzy white head. Tastes like doughy malt, corn, musky straw, and faint citrus. Light body and low carbonation. Smells like douvhy malt, corn, musky straw, and faint citrus.

Slightly malty flavor and aroma. Carrousel bitterness which fills the upper part of the mouth a weak moment. Carrousel beer. Follow me @ Kung av öl @ Facebook for more pictures and ratings.

0,5 l Flasche. Aroma: malzig, getreidig, leicht muffig. Erscheinung: Goldgelbes Bier, flacher, weißer Schaum, akzeptable Gardine.

Pours a clear yellow with a thin white head with plenty of lacing. The aroma is typical of pilsner, slightly hoppy with a hint of malt. The taste is classic Pilsner, bitter on the tip and sweet white bread at the back. Not an exceptional beer in terms of taste, but a very well made Reinheitsgebot Pilsner that has no defects or flaws and thankfully no skunking!
