Draught at Derby NWAF 2014. Cloudy orange-yellow. Aroma of hay and barnyard. Taste is sour-sweet and full. A bit of cheese in the flavour... my God would this go well with Stilton. A lovely cider, not as dry as I normally like but still incredible. undercurrent25 (2190) - Barnton, Cheshire, ENGLAND - JUN 17, 2013
Pours a cloudy orange colour, taste is very strong and ethynol like, nice but a bit too potent Brigadier (3725) - Chagrin Falls, Ohio, USA - MAY 30, 2013

There were a number of intriguing looking options at the bar where about fourteen ciders were on offer. This seemed as good a place as any to start. I don’t know much about cider but after this I may have to branch out a bit. Certainly it beats the bottled Woodchuck that is ubiquitous back home.
Aroma / Appearance - The golden rosy color warms the glass. The nose is that of acres of apple orchards in late fall after a morning rainstorm with the mud still fresh on the ground.
Flavor / Palate - Malty polished pennies, honeycrisp (or similar) sweet apples, and a full body make this a beer that shouldn’t just be gulped down. The tang of the acidic cider lingers for a bit. It is a nice alternative to the usual beers and provided a change of pace while on vacation.
cask at leicester beer festival. pours a clear amber with no head. aroma is slightly of hay but mainly nice fresh fruit. taste is pretty good. a little dry for me though. not quite sweet enough. smooth finish. olio (10469) - Tampere, FINLAND - APR 7, 2012

Pours cloudy amber color with no head. Aroma of dry and somewhat acidic apples, barnyard notes and yeast. Flavour of apples, wood, yeast, mild herbal notes and dry hay.
Opaque dark yellow almost orange. Stong acid apple smell, rotten. Heavy juice type body, watery. Tangy sour taste thats a little too strong. Flat vinigar flavour with a dry aftertaste. Pear maybe. Too strong and hard to drink veryplayful (1) - Somerset, ENGLAND - MAY 15, 2011 does not count
Just tried this Cider today, this has been well worth the wait, much of somerset has been traveled and many cider’s have been tasted. This cider is quite dark in appearance, almost to the point of being full bodied, which in turn adds great flavor with a very strong but very nice fruit flavor. This is a must try cider for anyone in the area, and the man who makes it is very welcoming, this man wins awards and does not even advertise. Cask. A hazy light golden cider with a bubbly off-white head. The aroma has strong notes of apples as well as light notes of vinegar. The flavor is sweet and acidic with strong notes of apples and applecore, leading to a tart apply finish. fonefan (50701) - VestJylland, DENMARK - AUG 25, 2010

Aroma is moderate to light heavy barnyard, apple, sour apple, green and red apple, apple peel, overripped apple sweet, aceton. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate acidic with a long duration, dry dry. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat.
Cask - Planet Thanet Festival 2010, Margate. Poured a cloudy, golden orange with no head and light carbonation. Crisp and fresh dry apple aromas, good sweetness. Juicy apples, some dry woodiness and a delicate tartness. Really refreshing, medium in body but a real thirst quencher. A cracking cider!
