COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Keg; Regular.
In the style of a Bavarian wheat beer, our Hefeweizen is an authentic blend of wheat and barley malt, hopped carefully and left naturally unfiltered with a clean aroma of banana and clove and a satisfying zing on the palette, topped with crisp, white foam.

Graham77 (514) - SCOTLAND - JUL 10, 2013
Draught at the Crown in Biggar. Typical German Hefeizen style beer but not quite as good. Some of the flavours are muted by a slightly over sour taste that comes through on the palate. Plenty of flavour though and quite refreshing.

Martin243 (1156) - Tyne & Wear, ENGLAND - JUN 15, 2013
Pint at the Schooner, Gateshead. Very cold. Cloudy yellow with a thick white head. Usual hefe aroma, but a bit lacking in the usual banana bubblegum and clove flavours - they’re there, but a bit muted. Drier and thinner than most wheat wheat beers I’ve had. Easy to drink, but a bit lacking.

[email protected] Tap, London. Hazy yellowish golden colour with a mediumsized white head. Aroma is wheat, some citrus fruits, mild bananas as well as some herbal notes. Flavour is quite similar with some slight sugary notes. A bit on the sweet side, otherwise a quite good and refreshing Hefeweizen.
