On tap at West 6th. Cloudy yellow pour with a white head. Cereal aromas. Cereal and citrus notes. Creamy wheat characteristics. Good body and mouthfeel. This is a really solid Hefeweizen and one of the best I’ve tasted to date. Bravo..... Chudwick (3317) - Taylor Mill, Kentucky, USA - AUG 31, 2013
draft at WSBC - pours hazy straw with white head. Nose is straw and floral. Flavor adds wheat and a saison like yeast. Aftertaste is borderline cardboard.Refreshing and fairly sweet with mild bitterness. shrubber85 (11574) - Greenville, Indiana, USA - JUN 29, 2013
Draft. Banana, lemon, clove, and wheat malt aroma. Cloudy pale yellow with moderate head. Mildly sweet orange/banana, light clove, and wheat malt flavor. Nice body. Very good. DrSilverworm (9671) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - MAY 29, 2013
Pint on tap at the brewpub for $4. It’s a hefeweizen. Totally hazy golden yellow, slight orange body. Good thin white head. Decent spread of lace. Medium body. Good smooth crisp lighter carbonation. Good banana, moderate clove, spice, some vanilla. Nice zesty sweet taste, noting cloying or sugary. Light hint of bitter spicei n the finish. Light bit of stickiness in the finish, noting bothersome, though. This is crisp and smooth and tasty. Easy to drink and refreshing hefeweizen rondphoto (4490) - Lakeside Park, Kentucky, USA - DEC 2, 2012
Cloudy gold with a short head and streaks of lace. Wheat and malt begin this brew, joined late in the palate by light bittering, only to have a revisit by the malt at the end. Not a lot going on, but a comfortable brew to drink.

On draft. Cloudy yellow with a white head. Aroma of fruity wheat, bread, hef yeast and light lemon. Flavor is malty wheat and dough with light bitterness and a zesty yeast profile. Medium to light body with a crisp finish. Really nice hef, crisp and refreshing. jandd1983 (4550) - Wentzville, Missouri, USA - AUG 2, 2012
It poured a slightly cloudy yellow color with a small white head. The aroma was yeasty and fruity, with lemon citrus and banana. The taste was white bread, yeast, lemon citrus and maybe just a little spice. Palate was smooth, a very good beer. Tmoney99 (14860) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - MAY 25, 2012
Draft sample at brewpub. Poured cloudy yellow color with an average fizzy white head that mostly lasted with excellent lacing. Moderate banana, clove and lemon citrus aroma. Medium body with a smooth texture and soft carbonation. Medium spice sweet flavor with a solid sweet wheat finish of moderate duration. Good refreshing brew that exceeded my expectations. burg326 (5594) - Florida, USA - MAY 9, 2012
Growler from drabulous in the growler swap, drank on Derby day outside grilling. This 64 ounce growler was awesome, poured a cloudy light yellow color, aromas of light banana, clove, some lemon, light herbal hops as well. Flavor is light banana and clove, not too much spiciness. Real great beer that I wish I had more of, this is perfect for the Summer time. drfabulous (8481) - Lexington, Kentucky, USA - APR 21, 2012
Draught at brewery. Big cloudy pour. Banana, clove, lemon. Solid for style.
