Can drank in the hotel in Nashville - picked up at Shenanigan’s in Lexington. Pours mostly clear orange-gold with a thick, frothy off-white head. Moderate pine in the nose, with touches of ripening citrus, bready malts, a little rind. Medium sweet flavor with a bit of grainy pale bread, light bitter pine, more rindy orange, some jam, faint grass. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Lightly resinous on the finish, with more jammy citrus fruits, grainy and bready malts, lightly bitter grass and pine. Decent IPA overall. Can poured a clear orange amber with a small lasting amber head. Aromas of bread, earthiness, orange zest and light pink grapefruit. Palate was light bodied and smooth with a dry finish. Can shared at a tasting at Ariel’s place. Thanks drfabulous for this can! Cloudy orange with a white head. Aroma of stale fruity hops, marmalade. Flavor has some sweetish malt, some graininess, and bitter stale hops. Medium-bodied.

Draft. Poured clear copper with an average fizzy off-white head that was mostly lasting with excellent lacing. Moderate sour citrus hop and soft malt aroma. Medium to full body with a slick texture and soft carbonation. Medium to heavy bittersweet flavor with a medium to heavy smooth bittersweet finish of moderate duration. A very good beer that exceeded may expectations.
