Draught at brewery. Big stout with bourbon and chocolate and roast. Not sure how much of the bourbon is coming through from the barrel as it could, but tasty anyway.

draft that poured dark brown to almost black with nice mocha head. the aroma is dark roasted malts coffee and chocolate and bourbon...mild but yet very distinguished. the flavor is more of the same and then some. solid bourbon flavor of pappy and plenty of stout qualities. would like to drink this on a daily basis if I could. excellent beer.

Draft at Ei8ht Ball. Pours a deep, but not quite opaque brown with a tan ring for a head that leaves some lace spots. Notes of vanilla, cocoa beans, dates, earth, graham cracker, and brown sugar. Pretty sweet. Warming in the aftertaste. Medium to full bodied, with low carbonation and a sweet, coating mouthfeel. Good but didnt blow me away.

Tap. Poured a black color with a large frothy brown head that lasted with excellent lacing. Moderate to heavy roasted chocolate malt, wood and bourbon aroma. Heavy sweet roasted dark malt flavor with a heavy sweet and small alcohol bite finish of long duration. Full body with a smooth texture and flat carbonation. This is a standout beer.

Draft at Ei8ht Ball during the Kentucky Tap Takeover. Pours dark brown to black in color with a small khaki colored head. The aroma and flavor have big roasted malts, dark chocolate, some dark fruit, bourbon is strong but doesnt overpower the base beer, vanilla, wood, a hint of cherry, smooth, softer carbonation, big flavors, nice.
