Poured clear and golden white a small, rapidly disappearing white head. Aroma of sweet malt. Medium body, flavour of more sweet malt, hints of nuts and some woodyness. Slightly dry, sweet aftertaste.

Tap at Wetherspoon. Light hoppy aroma. Flavour is crisp, bitter and fruity. Not much by way of aftertaste but its a really drinkable beer.

Bottle. Has some "Munich"-style hops to it, but its pretty faint. Has a general oilyness that didnt sit in the mouth right. Quick finish. Apparently trying for a Helles style, but it comes off as a weak Danish lager.

As forest gump once said "fuck your chocolates" and fuck this beer. I bought a pint from the vending machine next to my mums grave and I immediately wished Id her cremated alive. When my lifetime ban from poundlands lifted Im going back for a four pack of sponges. If I had to choose a a food to pair with this drink Id select a couple on onions

330ml bottle. Clear golden colour with a thin white head. Aroma: sweet malt, caramel, fruit. Taste: sweet, smooth caramel malt, fruity notes. Soft-medium carbonation, surprisingly smooth mouthfeel, medium bodied. Quite a decent lager.

330 ml bottle. Pours darkish golden with a cramy white head and medium carbonation. The taste is rich and velvety with caramel, hops and grass most prevalent. The body is actually quite thick for the style and can be enjoyed without being gulped down. Overall this is a very good pale lager which is crisp and refreshing and noticeably better than the standard mass produced stuff you will usually find.

330ml bottle @ Shrewsbury Beer Share, May 16, thanks to Mike. Pours clear gold, small white head. Aroma is lightly sweet pale malts. Taste is Bavarian-like with minimal bitterness and soft grains and lightly sweet pale malts. Good for the style.

Bottle from Ocado. Aroma of damp cardboard. Pours pale yellow with ever so slight cloud (just a slight blurriness) and very little head. Taste malt forward, crisp with slight earthy beetroot but not much of interest. Good carbonation and refreshing, but otherwise uninspiring.

[email protected] Motel, Edinburgh - Amber gold pour with white head. Aroma and taste is grassy hoppy and grainy, some light lemony citrus notes, corn sweetness, not much going on. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
