Tap, ADT. Pours murky reddish brown with a quickly disappearing off white head. Nose is sour cherries and red wine. Flavors are sour cherries, red wine, balsamic, oak, vanilla. Thick texture, big sour cherry finish. All this and alcohol too... Hardcore, man, good stuff.

What’s Brewing 2016 day 2. Dark red body with a tiny beige head. Aroma of vanilla, sweet cherries, mild toffee. Taste is lactic yet with a sweet juicy edge, vineous finish, lasting aftertaste of fresh cherries. Pretty damn good stuff!

On tap at What?s Brewing Beer Festival 2016, Stavanger. Pours hazy dark copper with off-white head. Aroma of coconuts, vinegar, dark dried fruits, vanilla, plums, red wine. Tastes very sour, balanced by some smooth sweetness. Medium to full bodied. Slightly oily mouth feel.

Tiny bubbly shortlasting head. Aroma is sour-ish dry, sorrel, dry sour cherries, oak, minerals, berry skin, mild vinegar, grass, cherry stones. Taste is sour-ish dry fruity, sour cherries, vinegar, sorrel, oak, berry skin, minerals, cherry stones, hints of redwine. Medium to longlasting bitterness, dry sour-ish mouthfeel. Very nice.
