Bottle 65 ml. Hazy orange with a small white head. Very hoppy, ripe fruity nose with herbal accents. Taste is sweet, toasted caramel mixed with greasy, almost oily piney, grapefruity hops. Full bodied, harsh and almost rancid heavy bitter finish. A little too bozzy and head on for my liking. No subbtleness.

Pours amber with a white head. Aroma of citrusy fresh hops, peach, orange, juicy but still some malts in the background. Otherwise pretty hop forward. Taste of fresh pine, citrusy hops, peach, rather dusty and some grapefruit. Malts are more subtle here. LoFi (1748) - Göteborg, SWEDEN - NOV 28, 2012
Bottle, yes this could have been fresher, but let’s give it a fair chance.
Amber with an off-white head leaving lacing.
Aroma: freshly cut grapefruit, peach, vanilla.
Taste: loads of fruit, grapefruit, other citrus fruits, tropical fruits, sweet caramel, vanilla, medium bitter.
This had a nice fruitiness I really liked, would love to try it fresh. ansermadide (1526) - Kyle, Texas, USA - AUG 19, 2012
What impressed me the most about this beer is how, regardless of other peoples’ evaluations of this beer, it thankfully tastes nothing like fresh grapefruit: rather, it compliments the ingredients so well that it just tastes like a really fresh version of a grapefruity, citrus hop variety. Coupling grapefruit with Cascade was a great idea. Bright in appearance, fresh, refreshing, and actually pretty respectable. Steasy66 (1158) - Minnesota, USA - AUG 3, 2012
Very light in color, little head. Aroma is fruity, not much grapefruit. Taste is malty, smooth, somewhat bitter. Good palate. Decent beer, wanted more grapefruit. timfoolery (1126) - California, USA - OCT 12, 2012
Bottle from Murphy. Aroma and flavors were of sweet grapefruit and citrus. Nice maltiness in there, and the palate was excellent and controlled. Very good beer.
