COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our favorite double IPA’s are all about citrus flavors, so with our Westbrook collaboration we wanted to pack as much grapefruity. hoppy goodness in there as possible to further bolster the hop profile. The addition of fresh grapefruit zest took the labor intensiveness of this beer another level but we think it was worth it and hope you do too! Cheers! Scott, Rich, and the Westbrook Crew

From bomber. Poured hazy dark amber with a finger of head. Complex citrus aroma consisting of various fruits too complex for my nose to determine. Grapefruit is the most prevalent hop taste, but there are other darker flavors, too. Pretty good. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

22 oz. Bomber. This is a big tart hop bomb with lots of citrus zing. Way to bitter and bright for my taste.

Hazy orange pour with a pillowy head. Big and bold citrus nose with bits of caramel and bread. Flavors were big fruit, bitter grapefruits and pine without much depth. In your face bitter citrusy hops. Mouthfeel was slightly viscous and oily. Maybe I’m getting over these big IPAs cause this one didn’t do much for me. Westbrook is still one of the better east coast breweries hands down, a rare miss.
