(22oz, bottled 9/2/13) Pours a clear yellow body with a small white head. Aroma of pineapple, grapefruit, orange, mango, and grass. Flavor of pine, grapefruit, grass, and orange. italarican (1550) - Indiana, Pennsylvania, USA - OCT 7, 2013
Bottle shared by Mike at his place. Loads of citra in the nose if I had to guess: grapefruit, pineapple, orange peel, and mango notes. The flavor also has some soapiness with a moderate hop sting. It wouldn’t surprise me if citra was used in the bittering too given the soapiness. Whatever: it’s a delicious hop, and this takes advantage of that! Misty orange brown with an off-white head. Nose is orange, toffee and grapefruit. Buttery medium body with a scratchy buzz. Taste is orange peel, caramel, grapefruit pith and pine sap. Easy drinking considering the ABV. Westmeister (2129) - Atlanta, Georgia, USA - OCT 6, 2013
For 9.5% this one turned out to be a pretty easy drinker. Citrus and minor tropical fruit notes dominate a medium sweet malt backing. Mouth was medium creamy. Really nice offering. Westbrook - you continue to impress. ICEatALAMO (1349) - Troy, Michigan, USA - OCT 5, 2013
Bottle. The pour is light and orange. The aroma is strong citrus hops, very good. The taste is nice and hoppy, little piney. Overall solid.

Bottle shared by Hopscotch. Clear yellow pour with a faint white head. Citrus aromas, imagine my surprise. Citrus and tropical fruit hop notes. Good balance with enough malt to keep it honest. Good body and mouthfeel. brystmar (1314) - Dallas, Texas, USA - OCT 2, 2013
Straw body, delicate beady lace up top. Grapefruit galore hits the nose, same deal on my tongue. Bittersweet fruits, plenty of malt, creamy body, bitterness from the fruit and earthy hops massages the back of my throat after each sip. Solid, even if it's not my style of DIPA. jrob21 (3688) - Atlanta, Georgia, USA - SEP 29, 2013
22. Pots clear orange with white head. Aroma is nicely citrus and not too over the top. Flavor is smooth and stupidly easy to drink. Nice caramel malt flavors to round things out a bit. Chewy citrus flavor and a burst of orange on the backe end. Much smoother than what in was expecting. mcberko (17825) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - SEP 28, 2013
UPDATED: SEP 29, 2013 22 oz. bottle, pours a cloudy orange with a medium off-white head. Nose brings out loads of fresh grapefruit zest, loads of citrus, and a piney hop blast - wow, exquisite aromatics. Flavour brings out loads of juicy citrus fruits, grapefruit zest, and again, a huge piney hops blast. Very citrus, zesty and hoppy, with just enough malt backbone to hold it all together. The malt comes through as you drink more, with a touch of sweetness to balance the hops and everything else. Finishes dry, zesty and hoppy, with little astringency. Has quite a creamy full body which is unusual for the style, but it works well. A most wonderfully crafted IIPA. Travlr (24745) - Charlotte, North Carolina, USA - SEP 23, 2013
Bottle. Hazy amber color, off white head. Nice aroma of pure lemon oil. Taste is balanced orange peel, lemon. Tasty.
