COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A base of pale, Munich, and Carapils malts is just enough to contain the massive hop flavor and aroma packed into this highly drinkable IPA. A blend of four American hop varieties is added four times in the kettle and twice in the fermenter for a complex and layered hop experience. Best served at 45-50˚F in a tulip or English style pint glass.

Pours a golden color with a light white head that sticks around and provides a lot of lacing. Smells of critus and piny notes, taste is very fruity not so bitter and some sweetness from malts to balance. This is a good IPA had a bunch of gel/yeast residue in my can which made it seem very cloudy

Six pack cans from Whole Foods in Greenville. Orange pour with thin off-white head and soapy sick. Aroma is pleasant mix of citrus and pine. Tastes are pine, caramel malt, lemon and grapefruit. Other tropical fruits in there too. Theres a salty vibe in the even grassy bitter finish. Excellent. We enjoyed it more and more over the course of the sixer. 8.0

Can poured an amber in color with a one finger white head that retained a covering. Aroma has light citrus, grass, mild resins, sweet malt, and faint flowers. Mouth feel is medium light and the carbonation nice and strong. Flavor gets some light bitterness, grass, resins, sweet supporting malt, and some candied hop cones. Overall the beer is clean and the hops come through without being over done.

Hazy yellow-orange tones, velvety. Light to medium top. Flavor - peachy-plummy fruity, some sour yeast on nose. Seems like kind of fruit beer mixed with farmhouse ale. Medium body, thick-compote texture, soft carbonation, mild semisweet finish, not dry at all.

Backlog bottle thanks to so many good ratebeerians. The smell is mellow, hops, grass, and pine. The taste is lemon, alcohol, and fruit. The look is cloudy, with a white head, and golden yellow in color.

Canned 9/2/13. Pours a hazy golden with a massive head that lingers and laces very well. Nose is of citrus hops that are well balanced against a slight pine background. Grapefruit, orange and tangerine are discernible. Light medium body and very well carbonated. The delicious taste follows the nose against a slightly sweet backbone. Mild bitterness is well balanced with citric hop flavor and tartness over a slightly sweet background. Tamer than their citrus ninja variant, in a good way. Crisp finish from a burst of carbonation that leaves a exceptional lingering tart bitterness and flavor. An excellent IPA. Even at almost 4 months age, this is world class.

Can from Decicco Ardsley. Fresh. Golden with slight chill haze dense lasting head and lace. Citrus hop with a hint of crackery malt aroma. Mild crackery toasted malt with dry fruity sweetness. Assertive grapefruit rind bitterness dry and lingering. Medium light with effervescent carbo. A lot of IPA around like this now and theyre all excellent. The complexity of the subtle toasted malts stands out here.

Can to glass. Orange gold pour with a thick white head. Nose is a slam of citrus and pine to the face. Taste is nice sweet malt, lots of pine, long bitter finish.

Nice appearance. Frothy white head, and a bit cloudy. Light hop aroma, maybe some bready, malty aroma as well. Don't get one hop aroma that dominates. Get a bit of piney and maybe some mango? Nice and full bodied and flavors are balanced well. Bitter finish. Malty ipa, but not heavy or sticky on the palate. Solid ipa, but I prefer more citrus and grapefruit hop profile. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
