COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A base of pale, Munich, and Carapils malts is just enough to contain the massive hop flavor and aroma packed into this highly drinkable IPA. A blend of four American hop varieties is added four times in the kettle and twice in the fermenter for a complex and layered hop experience. Best served at 45-50˚F in a tulip or English style pint glass.

Dark straw color with big off white head. Aroma is pretty big on citrus. Opens sweet with a solid malt background, then the citrus and dank hops set in, finish is hoppy but not overly bitter. Very nice IPA.

Can at Pivoteka. Misty golden-amber body, big lasting white head. Citric aroma, black tea, good malty backbone. Citric-lemony taste, somewhere between tea and washing liquid. Apricot notes. Full malty body. Solid bitterness, ends dry. Bitter aftertaste. Good IPA, not great though in this shape (3m old). Will rerate.

Can. Lightly hazy darker rust marigold. Grapefruit rind, pine, some lacquer, and slight citrusy dust. Medium body. Old school but xolid

Carbonatación media tirando a alta. Textura oleosa y ligeramente chispeante. Aroma resinoso, a pomelo y malta. Sabor dominado por la resina de pino, con buena base de malta caramelizada, pomelo y cítricos. Amargor final medio. Muy Seca.

12 oz. can. 60 IBU’s per the label. Pours a thick, well retained off white head, with moderate lacing, over a slightly hazy dark yellow (SRM 4) body.....nose is light pine, multiple fruits including orange, lemon, light malts with sweet tones, bread, cracker, nicely balanced......taste is mildly floral honey sweet, with light malts, pine, light citrus fruits, finishing with moderate bitterness......mouth feel, medium body, mild alcohol, moderate carbonation. This is a soft, mellow, easy drinking IPA. The malts and hops are both pleasantly complex in aroma and flavor and are nicely balanced. This is not a West Coast IPA, it is a bit more East Coast in direction. BJCP 7/3/15/5/7

Definitely my favorite Westbrook brew I have sampled so far, and I definitely look forward to trying this one again! Recently had this on tap, poured a clear and slightly gold-accented yellow-orange color, with a long-lasting foamy head. Aroma was a relatively moderate piney hoppiness, understated but fresh. Flavor follows as a well balanced pine and citrus hop palate with a nice balance of toasty caramel maltiness. medium-bodied. Overall truly just an exceptionally well-balanced true-to-form example of the style, and very drinkable at that.

Pours amber with white head. Aroma of citrus, grapefruit, hops, lime, some caramel. Flavour is just the same with a dry long bitter finish. Lively carbonation, medium body. Not so balanced though.
