Bottle at Himmeriget with Bob. Black with a small dissapating head. Smells good. Cinnamon, chocolate, wet wood, light licoroce, apple cake. Flavour follows. Lots of things. Cinnamon, chili heat, chocolate, apple cake, coconut. Crazy and intense, yet not difficult to drink. Light acidity. Warming finish with chili and spices. , Copenhagen - pours black with a tan head. Roasted malty with some bitter chocolate, some vanilla, caramel, toffee apple (which the accompanying cinnamon works excellently with) chilli heat comes in but nice balance with the inherent sweetness of the other flavours, nice brandy infused wooden nuances, great warming boozy contentment into the finish. Immense.
