Finally got to try this after years of build up. Very good, though not in the 100/100 range IMO. Pours dark brown with a treacle, molasses coffee and cinnamon nose. Flavor has more cinnamon than habanero (which was present but light) which complimented the coffee stout base pleasantly enough.

22 ounce bottle into snifter, bottled on 6/7/2017. Pours dense pitch black color with a 1 finger dense dark brown bread with good retention, that reduces to a thin spotty lace cap that lingers. Light spotty lacing clings on the glass, with a light amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of big milk/dark chocolate, cocoa, nutty coffee, caramel, brown sugar, toffee, vanilla, cream, cinnamon, chili pepper, fudge, marshmallow, and toasted dark/brown bread; with light notes of molasses, raisin, plum, fig, cherry, smoke, char, herbal, and roast/toasted earthiness. Incredible aromas with fantastic complexity and balance of dark/roast/bready malt, coffee, cocoa, and spice notes; with great strength. Taste of huge milk/dark chocolate, cocoa, nutty coffee, caramel, brown sugar, toffee, vanilla, cream, cinnamon, chili pepper, fudge, marshmallow, and toasted dark/brown bread; with light notes of molasses, raisin, plum, fig, cherry, smoke, char, herbal, and roast/toasted earthiness. Light roast/char bitterness and cinnamon/pepper spiciness on the finish. Lingering notes of milk/dark chocolate, cocoa, nutty coffee, caramel, brown sugar, toffee, vanilla, cream, cinnamon, chili pepper, fudge, marshmallow, toasted dark/brown bread, molasses, dark fruit, light smoke/char, herbal, and roast/toasted earthiness. Incredible complexity, robustness, and balance of dark/roast/bready malt, coffee, cocoa, and spice flavors; with an amazing roasted bitter/sweet and spice balance; with zero acrid/astringent flavors after the finish. Lightly increasing dryness from roast bitterness and cinnamon/pepper spiciness. Light-medium carbonation and full body; with a very smooth, creamy, silky, and velvety mouthfeel that is fantastic. Light chalky roast and spice stickiness. Minimal warming alcohol for 10.5%, with slightly increasing pepper heat after the finish. Overall this is an insane spiced coffee imperial stout! All around incredible complexity, robustness, and balance of dark/roast/bready malt, coffee, cocoa, and spice flavors; very smooth and dangerously easy to sip on for the big ABV. One par with the best Mexican stouts out there. Very rich and complex, but never cloying; with perfectly balanced stout/spice flavors. Great pepper flavor with minimal associated heat. A highly amazing offering.

Bottle thanks to Adamchandler for the share. Split 3 ways. Aroma shows chocolate, cinnamon, vanilla and deep roasted malts. In the flavor the coffee is a huge influence with strong cinnamon, chocolate, a hint of chilies (without the burn), coffee is earthy and lingers with the chilies. Elegantly smooth and extremely flavorful.

Bomber, Imperial Stout. Can't remember where I got this one. no head. split 4 ways at 45F. Aroma is fantastic. dark chocolate cake, cinnamon and coffee. don't get spicy aroma. Tastes fantastic. more chocolate, cinnamon, maple, pepper at the end and long lingering spice but overall really delicious.

2017. Faktycznie duzo kawy ale nie jakos bardzo. Pozatym sa pralinki, czekolada, jakies migdaly, papryczki w posmakach ewidentne ale nie przegiete

Bottle from my man misterburd -- cheers! This is a glorious combination of all of the things that makes Mexican Cake great (full, coating body, lots of chocolate, and a good amount of chili spice), plus some roasted depth from the coffee. This is fantastic stuff.

What’s Brewing 2016, day 2. Black body with small brown head. Aroma of strong chocolate, roasted malt, choco cookies. Taste is roasted, lots of chocolate, mild chili burn. Dried fruit and chocolate dominating behind the heat. Solid bittersweet finish, with a lasting sweet coffee and chili aftertaste. Outstanding!

Bright coffee notes with lesser vanilla and cinnamon... the chili really blooms with warmth... Very tasty, but IMO could use a bit more residual maltiness to really tie things together.
