Draft at source. Nose is lightly tart, fruity, light vegetal and earthy. Hazy cloudy to murky orange ish with minimal head. Taste is lightly tart with a fleshy fruity mouthfeel. Light sweetness balances a light funk and tart. Nice.

0.75l Shared bottle with Inbreak @ Beer Temple. Gusher! A really cloudy thick straw golden looking one with a medium sized softly sidesticking and slightly islandy bright white head. The nose doesnt initially hit me as a rhubarb beer. Its bretty, tones of lemon and lemon zest. Somewhat grainy also this. Tastes really nice. Thin but not watery. Refreshing. Sorrel, sour green strawberries, some white currants. Lots of flavor. This is how a Berliner weisse should taste like. 25.09.2014
On tap @ Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2014. This one has definitely got the appearance of dishwater water. Not to appealing, but that doesnt really matter. Smells OK. No real rhubarb to be found but it has a faint fruit sourness. Sorrel perhaps and mild hand soap. Some graininess also. Lots of sourness, rhubarb sourness in the taste. Its super thin and and good as watery in the mouth with a above average carbonation level. Fresh and refreshing, slightly stingy down the throat. Soft grains, lot of watery Sorrel soup in a nice way. Quite easy to drink and a nice tasting session beer. 03.05.2014

Bottle thanks to Eric! Pours hazy golden apple, medium fizzy off-white head, nice residual and lacing. Aroma is strawberries and cream, lemon, lactic acid. Flavor is light plus tart, berries, lactic acid and lactose, wheat. Light body, high carbonation, lactic to the end. Interesting.

Orangy blonde with a nice white head. Sour aromas, red fruits, lactic. Taste thin, sour, lactic and dry, perfumed by rhubarb which brings an acidulity increased, little strawberry. Notes of wheat, gooseberry, lemon, low bitter, very refreshing but little succes during the tasting.

Bottle, thanks Darshan for sharing. Cloudy straw yellow pour with a medium sized bubbly head that fades to a thin ring. Strong strawberry in the aroma with some berries, wheat and lemon. Tastes light to moderate sour. Mostly just strawberry and lemon. A bit watery but still pretty solid.

Bottle... Pours cloudy and its only a couple shades of yellow from looking like skim milk. Small, creamy, white head. Good retention. The fruity, funky, citric acid and rhubarb nose is accompanied by an unfortunate, slight nuance of something fecal. Medium-bodied with a milky mouthfeel and soft carbonation. The flavor is sweet, tart and fruity - more sweet than tart. Finishes tangy, funky, coarse and dry. Theres a light dose of baby shit going on here, in both the aroma and flavor. Too sweet. Not sour enough. A bit of a disappointment really.

Bottle: The aroma consists of mild strawberry, rhubarb, faint lemon, and must. It pours a hazy dull yellow with a small white head that quickly fades to a minimal film outlined by a very thin ring. The flavor starts with a quick dose of light strawberry and rhubarb. The finish has light lemon, herbal notes, and must. Its light bodied with moderate carbonation.

Bottle: Thanks, Darshaun. Super hazy pear, straw color. Almost full opaque. Soapy white head that fades quickly to a collar. Aroma of light cotton, rhubarb acidity, lemon, faint citrus, mild strawberry, & a light touch of floral perfume in the periphery. Flavor has nice rhubarb & strawberry up front, though more sweet than tart. A little tartness, though. Earthy, with a very slight touch of farmhouse funk & a touch of forest floor must. Strawberry, straw, & faint musty hay finish. Dry, light. Nice stuff.

Draught at CBC 2014. Hazy hay yellow liquid with a medium white head. Aroma of lemon, white pepper, apples, red berries and light vinegar. Taste is dry and light to medium sour with notes of lemons, red berries and white pepper. Light bodied with medium carbonation. Nice.
