COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This beer, inspired by the flavors of Southeast Asian cuisine, is a twist on the classic Belgian witbier style. Instead of the traditional coriander and orange peel spicing regimen, we add fresh lemongrass, ginger root, and a dash of Sorachi Ace hops. The result is a wonderfully refreshing ale with notes of lemon candy, citrus fruit, and a slight spiciness from the ginger. Best served at 45˚F in a tulip or wine glass.

12oz can into tulip. Minneapolis. Pours cloudy golden-pale yellow. Abundant white head. Aroma is lemon candy, ginger, and a touch of grassiness. Just like it is described on the can. A little sweetness. Very inviting. Taste is sweet upfront but it fades. Body is medium light, smooth texture, light carbonation, very clean finish. This stuff is very refreshing.

Like a blue moon. Give it to a girl or a guy who doesn't know his ass from a hole in the ground. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Really good poolside wheat beer that I discovered with my wife over July 4th weekend. This beer is like traditional witbeers in color and aroma. But what makes this beer stand out is the citrus almost lemon-like after taste which is counter to the orange nature of most wheat beers. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

For some reason I grabbed this. Well good and legal to quaff poolside. Spicy in nose and taste. Taste dominated by clove. Not bad actually especially on a hot lazy day.

Six pack of cans from Oliver’s in Albany. Poured into a tulip. A slightly hazy light honey color brew with a frothy white head. Nice yeasty-citrus aromas - almost saison-like. Flavor is quite refreshing and a lot more interesting that your normal witbeer. Nice hop profile, with just enough bitterness. Light spicy-citrus finish.

Can from Greek e-shop Very clear golden color with small to medium white head. Nose is fruity yeast esters and light phenols(hints of clove), herbal lemony and spicy. Taste is sweet candied lemon peel, a bit tart, nice herbal-spicy lemony(ginger?), a general lemony feeling, not too complicated, some grainy malts too. A bit light bodied not much of an aftertaste, just citrucy-hoppy in general and light carbonation. Nice light tasted, ballanced summer brew but not anything special.
