Can pour slight hazy lemon gold with moderate white head. Nose tart lemon, clove and spices. Initial tart bite, mild citrus, and moderate spice from the nose. Later palate grainy malt. Flavors seem a little watered down. Beergaard (386) - Aarhus, DENMARK - MAY 24, 2015
Pretty nice wit beer with notes of yeast, some hops in the end and the quite interesting sensations of lemon grass and especially ginger. Not mind blowing but refreshing and pretty good. bigda83 (879) - Jamestown, New York, USA - MAY 8, 2015
Draft sample. Pours a murky straw color and no head. Aromas of straw, funk, and bitter fruits. Flavor follows the nose and is honestly a pretty typical belgian white. Might just be my tastes, but they all taste the same to me. body was light and texture was thin. Carbonation was fizzy on the tongue and had a bitterness to finish. Bottle @ Mogwai, Helsingborg 3/1-15. Malt, ginger and notes of citrus. Dry finish with spices and ginger. jrob21 (3889) - Atlanta, Georgia, USA - APR 17, 2015
Single from taps. Spice aroma. A bit of cinnamon and tea. Light orange color. White frothy head. Flavor is cinnamon and baked bread. Banana. Finish is spicey again. Wheat hefe sort of beer with a little extra spice.

Can. Hazy amber, airy white head. Wheaty, yeasty aroma. Fluffy, creamy mouthfeel. Wheaty and yeasty flavour, malt and light spice. Slightly watery finish. drpimento (3815) - La Crosse, Wisconsin, USA - MAR 26, 2015
The best things about this beer are its appearance and flavor. Aroma was slight and body was perhaps a touch thin. They did pretty good with the flavor though and I could see having more. rdixon77 (3106) - Georgia, USA - MAR 24, 2015
Interesting, fun light beer. Hazy yellow pour. Ginger and lemongrass pop at first. Some citrus, cardamom, and other spices show up. Real easy to drink, hopwine (678) - brooklynzzzzz, New York, USA - MAR 13, 2015
UPDATED: MAY 28, 2015 Nose is spicy yeast, ginger, candied lemon. Flavor is same plus some raw wheat, coriander, and grassiness. Creamy, soft texture, prickly carb. pressboxjoe (464) - , New Jersey, USA - MAR 8, 2015
First can I was like, WTF is this? But by the second can I was sold. Definitely a beer that stands out for its itness - no other beer is like it. Ginger is too strong, lemongrass is powerfully present, but there is a great saison foundation here and once you get past the unfamiliarity the beer settles in as notably unique. I’ve had two Westbrook beers now and I am ready to say this is one of the better brewers in America.
