COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This beer, inspired by the flavors of Southeast Asian cuisine, is a twist on the classic Belgian witbier style. Instead of the traditional coriander and orange peel spicing regimen, we add fresh lemongrass, ginger root, and a dash of Sorachi Ace hops. The result is a wonderfully refreshing ale with notes of lemon candy, citrus fruit, and a slight spiciness from the ginger. Best served at 45˚F in a tulip or wine glass.

Can 355ml (Beergium)
Hazy orange color, good white head, some lace. Wheaty banana, coriander nose. Light to medium-bodied. Flavour has banana, coriander and notes of lemongrass. Suprisingly I can’t trace Sorachi Ace. Robust witbier.

appearance: cloudy golf, short white head. aroma: typical wheat aroma, a little damp and musty; some coriander, light clove, slight herbal notes. taste: cracker, coriander, candied orange peel, grass, clove, herbal hops. finish: full palate, slick, but with some nice carb too; hint of mint and mango in the back end. notes: Wow, really nice. Good palate. Would drink again. Draft at Liberty Tap Room in Charleston, South Carolina.

Can. Aroma is more funky than spicy. Appearance is a cloudy orange with the thinnest ring of white lace. Taste certainly yields ginger notes. Medium sour. Light bitterness. Medium body with flat carbonation and an oily finish. Maybe I missed something but uninspiring.

baraciisch (3276) - California, USA - APR 2, 2017
Slightly hazy golden in color... aroma of Thai spices, rice, Belgian yeast... flavor is kind of unexciting, some spices, coriander, orange peel, some green tea, light body, fairly thin overall... average at best ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

12 oz. can. Pours a medium, poorly retained, off white head, over a hazy light Amber (SRM 6) body.........nose is lemongrass with tones of lemon candy, ginger, light wheat, mild hop spice.......taste is mild wheat, lemon, ginger, finishing dry, with light hop bitterness.......mouth feel, light body, no alcohol, light carbonation. This is a pleasant, quite different take on the style, with the new spices. BJCP 8/3/14/4/7

FinnIckler (570) - GERMANY - MAR 2, 2017
Can at monterey bar in Berlin. Pours clear yellow. Nose is banana, but more dried banana than fresh bananas, floral, apricot. Palate is a bit watery, banana, some spices, the ginger and lemongrass get more dominant at the end. Decent witbier, could be more intense.

Yellow bit orange hazy with no head. Mild bitterness with coriander notes with enough sour background. Slightly spicy coriander aftertaste.
