Cask; Regular.
A golden coloured ale using the finest Maris Otter Pale Ale Malt and a small amount of Amber Malt which imparts a dry, biscuity flavour. Hops are First Gold for an added citrus quality and a fruity, slightly spicy note.

Cask. Clear light amber body, large white head. Aroma is medium sweet, flower/orange, light earthy. Taste is medium sweet, earthy, some floral. Soft light body, quite drinkable.

Cask at Churchkey. Palye yellow color, large clear bubble head. Aroma of light citrus and straw. Taste is light lemon, pepper finish. Very light body. OK.

Cask at Farnham beerex 2009. A golden colour with no head. Plenty of spices in the aroma. The taste is very hoppy with citrus flavours, with a sweet finish. A well balanced beer.

cask at the postal order, crystal palace. Aroma is sweet. Nose of honey, and hops. Soft mouthfeel. Sweet and hoppy. Slightly unbalanced but enjoyable.

(cask @ The Old Toad - Rochester, NY) Golden pour with a puffy white head. Aroma is lightly floral with hints of sweet malts and some grass. Flavor is sweet at the start with a light malt flavor and a smooth compliment of bitter and floral hops. Quite nice.

Cask at The Old Toad in Rochester NY. Pours gold with a white head. very nice lacing. Arom is slight floral hops and lighter malt. Medium body. Flavor is lightly sweet with notes of grain, grass and a light floral note. Not bad.

UPDATED: SEP 2, 2007 cask from the rake. Strange colour - golden burnt orange, a bit of soap at the surface. Hoppy oak aroma. Watered down nuts and hops in the taste. Bitter and fruity. Nice smooth texture.

Limpid red color, clearly and static. Nonexistent head. Light dry woody and malty scent; sweetish and little flavored. Watery, bitter and smooth taste; rather decided but fading, light alcoholic tone.
