Draft at the Great British Beer Festival 2014, Day 3 - London. Pours clear orange-gold with a white cream topping. Solid bitter, with semi-dry citrus fruits, dry pine, grainy bread, faint dough and leaves. Light bodied with fine carbonation; good condition. Pretty well balanced on the finish, lightly drying, with leafy bitterness and citrus rind. Good. The_Osprey (8515) - Richmond, Greater London, ENGLAND - SEP 6, 2014
Cask at Sir Richard Steele pub. Pale orange, clear, still, small white head. Aroma is very toned down but there is some soft malt, glue. Body is medium, smooth, low carbonation. Taste is light malts, floral drying hop, resinous and pithy - too bitter like meadowsweet, chewing on banana skin. Didn’t finish my half. madmitch76 (25101) - , Essex, ENGLAND - SEP 5, 2014
