COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Inspired by Fr Dougal and Sr Assumpta. Do you remember the time you were drinking Blue Jumper? This American style IPA is bursting with fresh citrus and tropical aromas up front with a sharp bitter finish typical of the style.

keg at rds, 2016
full bodied sweet east coast style IPA, plenty of bitter hops but a little too old school and sticky for my tastes.

Aroma is all citrus, pine and floral. Pours a copper orange, foam fades quickly. Tastes clean and sweet with well balanced bitterness.

Bottle in Oconnors Doolin. Hell yeah, first Ipa I’ve loved over here, bitter and orange and everything nice.

Draft at Anseo. Citrusy bitterness with great floral aroma. Very smooth for the abv, extremely drinkable but not sessionable.

hellsbrews (26) - Alabama, USA - JAN 25, 2017
Old school IPA, floral, citrus aroma, probably centennial and cascade. Lovely bitterness on the finish. This is what IPA used to be before the juice bombs invaded. Got this in a pub in Ireland, loved it.

Draught. Pours a lightly cloudy amber orange with a fading light beige head. Aroma is of caramel, pine, earthy. Taste is of resinous pine, floral, caramel, citrus, grapefruit. Slick oily mouthfeel, medium carbonation.

elbernays (1478) - Dublin, IRELAND - JUN 25, 2016
Bottle from mchughs. Pours cloudy red with frothy white head. Malty, nutty, aroma. Picking more earthy notes on this. Flavor is a caramel sweet with light bitter finish. Nice balance on it but not necessarily an IPA.

3.5
culchiem (3925) - Berlin, GERMANY - JUN 10, 2016
Bottle from McHughs. Amber orange with a medium head. Aroma is orange hop. Flavour is juicy bitter hop, malt on s lingering dry sharp bitter finish.

4.2
Gazington (15) - Ennis, IRELAND - JUN 3, 2016
A typical West Coast of America style IPA, strong in aroma and flavour. Aroma of hops, similar to Centennial IPA, a hoppy, malty taste with a short, bitter finish
