COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The origination of the IPA, or India Pale Ale, style of beer came about in the 18th century when British brewers had their Pale Ale spoil when they attempted to export it on ships to India. In order to solve this problem, brewers added extra hops to their Pale Ale. These extra hops acted as a natural preservative so that the beer would still be good when it reached India.

Pours gold into a shaker. White meringue head with excellent retention top hats and recedes leaving gloppy lacing. Caramel and grapefruit aromas. Astringent with sweet yeast and caramel upfront turning to mild grapefruit in the lasting finish.

Pours from a bomber into a tulip.. Decent safe IPA with relatively high bitterness and light hop flavor. Moderately malty without the hop flavor to counter balance. Decent startup beer from a new brewery.

Toasty malt focused ipa but what saves this one is that it’s not overly sweet. Decent but forgetable

Pours a cloudy orange with a white lacing. notes of citrus, pine and stale hops. bitter, but not overwhelmingly so and lacking in carbonation. Body is rather watered down.
