(bottle) pours a clear golden colour with a frothy white head. aroma of barnyard, cow manure, light brown sugar and rotten peaches, slightly oxidized. flavour is mostly pale malts, straw and barnyard, with a hint of cardboard, a light sweetness and a slightly minerally light-bitter finish. medium-bodied with average carbonation. after4ever (8025) - Mukilteo, Washington, USA - FEB 17, 2013
500. Pours a hazy pale gold with a loose and sudsy whitish head. Powdered sugar and old wet dish rag on the nose. Watery medium body with somewhat sluggish carb. Shortbread cookie and wet grass on the mid palate. Long nutrasweet finish. Ughsmash (7508) - Pewaukee, Wisconsin, USA - JAN 6, 2013
Bottled. Poured clear, bright golden with a short cap of white head. The aroma picked up lemon zest and grassy notes over a pinch of honey and some bready malts.. clean and refreshing feel to it. The flavor found grainy bread and a kiss of honey at the core.. tangy lemon zest laced throughout.. some white spices and yeasty notes on the edges.. grainy, yet refreshing finish. Light-bodied with low-moderate carbonation on the palate.. just an OK feel and flow.. aiight. ccex (1284) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - DEC 14, 2012
600 ml bottle found at my local grocery store for $2.49 pours a clear, pale golden color with white head. Aroma is mostly pils malt, with some gread, grass, and floral hops. Taste is silghtly sweet with a clean dry finish. Body is light to medium with slight carbonation. Very drinkable and refreshing, if not very memorable. thegreenrooster (4365) - St.louis, Missouri, USA - JUL 21, 2012
Pour is a straw yellow with a large white head. Aroma is dry pils malt with a little burning in there. Flavor is again a light pale pils malt with a little burning flavor in the end. This must have gone bad somewhere along the journey.

Bottle says 5.1, imported by Aiko.
500ml bottle. "Un pasteurized". **5.1% alc**
It pours into my large pilsener glass a nice gold with a perfect white head. Nice carbonation bubbles.
Smell isn’t outstanding but it is nice. Gets duller with each passing second. It is nicely herbal, plenty of noble hops.
The flavor is good. Low bitterness with some fruity hop flavors, nice bready malt character. A good proportional pilsener.
Definitely like the non-pasteurized part but as a pils it isn’t super amazing.

500ml bottle in a lager glass. Pours golden with a fluffy, white head. Aroma of pale malts and bread plus light hops. Flavor about the same, with a little off-taste. Average to light texture. Decent for the style. Marsberger (1) - Marsberg, GERMANY - JUL 7, 2012 does not count
One of the best German beers as stated by official testings, with a slight bitter aroma, a very fresh appearance and a quite voluminous taste, vyvvy (6391) - Florissant, Missouri, USA - JUN 17, 2012
Pours clear light yellow with a moderate sized white head. Aroma has light dough, light (if any) toast to the malt, bit of spice and very smooth lager. Medium / light crisp body with a light amount sharp carbonation. The flavor begins with pale pils malt, very noticeable spicy noble hop character, pepper and some grassiness. The finish is much more grassy and has a hint of sulfur, but not as much as many pils. Quite nice. Grima (2394) - Merzkirchen, RLP, GERMANY - FEB 11, 2012
Sorry for the german rating, but this is a lousy rating from my "newbie" time (2007-2009), and it’s not worth of being translated. I just added it for the statistics, and to complete my backlog!
